They should give water and they have same breakfast everyday which is not acceptable

My family was denied stay at the hotel, even tho we booked through booking and late check in was stated as a service...
Door was closed on our face.
It was very close to the bus station as we needed to take an early bus. Also the area wasn't too bad. Room was big and the staff was friendly.
Mould everywhere in the bathroom, even the hairdryer. Smelly bathroom. And the remote of the AC wasn't working at all. One of the lights wasn't working and when I ask the guy if it was normal like this, he said yes and continued his story.
Very clean, comfotable bed, good shower. breakfast was very good eat as much as you like buffet style.
