⭐ Rating: 1/10 — Extremely Disappointing Stay

I have been travelling for the last 17 years, and this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Apart from the location, nothing about this hotel is satisfactory.

* Bedsheets had stains.
* No hot water was available.
* The AC was ineffective—even at 16°C, the room felt like 28°C.
* The lift was out of service.
* Only one elderly staff member seemed to be available, with no proper team support.

A good location cannot compensate for poor cleanliness, faulty facilities, and inadequate service. These are basic hospitality standards, not luxuries.

Overall, a highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless the management makes serious improvements.

Locationwise good. Room is spacious.

Cons:

Hot water is for limited time only in a day. Corridor is not clean. No kettle. AC in one room did not work properly. Overall, facilities don't match with price.
