My stay was very comfortable, wouldn’t mind staying again!
Pros:

I liked the convenience of being able to extend my stay. Also how friendly the other guest was and respectable. The owner was very nice as well.

Cons:

When me and pregnant wife reached at the property we called the property manager but no buddy answered the call. Then I knocked the door and one girl came and said I am not going to open the property door for strangers. She got scared and me and because of her unnatural behavior me & my wife also got scared. So decided to go some another hotel. Because of their bad service me & my pregnant wife suffered from very difficult situation.

It was a necessity as I had found myself without a place to sleep and shower.
Pros:

I had my own breakfast.

Cons:

Sound carried very easily through the floor, but voices could not be heard. The neighborhood has many charming homes and yards
