Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Man hat keine Sicht aufs Meer vom EG. Der Pool im Innenhof ist super. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig, für jeden was dabei.

Perfect place to visit and enjoy Sithonia
Pros:

The view from the bad I could see the see and the mountain Athos. The breakfast which was very diverse for 2 stars hotel. Very clean! Plenty of parkimg place. Very good frigde, it didn't do any noise and keep everything in perfect condition. 5 minutes from the beach. Nice pool. Very kind personnel. Very good services. Very good AC, Dyson

Cons:

Price wad higher than expected for 2 stars hotel. 122 eur per night in september. The furniture was not in the good shape. Noisy from the street even if I could sleep perfectly. Noise matresse.

Όμορφες ξεκούραστες διακοπές
Pros:

Η καθαριότητα, όχι μόνο στο δωμάτιο αλλά και σε όλους τους χώρους είναι πραγματικά υποδειγματική!!!
Η τοποθεσία φανταστική!
Το πρωινό περιλάμβανε αρκετά φαγητά και φρούτα!!!
Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός!
Μας άρεσε επίσης οι πολύ όμορφα φροντισμένοι κήποι και οι χώροι γύρω από την πισίνα!

Cons:

Όλα ήταν καλά
Ίσως αν υπήρχε πρόβλεψη για κρεμοσάπουνου, αφρόλουτρο και σαμπουάν θα ήταν ένα συν!

Per niente bene
Pros:

È difficile trovare punti positivi, ma alcuni ci sono. Prima di tutto la struttura è ben curata e pulita. Il primo beach bar è a 150 metri (a traverso un sentiero sul retro piuttosto sabbioso e poco curato). Parcheggi sono sufficienti. La piscina dell' hotel è carina e ben tenuta e attrezzata. L'aria condizionata funziona bene. Il paese è a 2,2 km, facilmente raggiungibile in macchina. Peccano in parcheggi e le piccole stradine sono a doppio senso di marcio più le macchine parcheggiate. Meglio parcheggiare all'esterno e fare gli ultimi 500 metri a piedi. E qui finiscono le cose positive.

Cons:

La stanza 108 (così come molte altre) è fatta per la Barbie. La descrizione dice 18 metri quadri ma per me erano incluse di bagno. Il balcone da circa 12 metri quadri è l'area vivibile più grande con un tavolo rotondo, due sedie e uno stendino dimensionato alla camera.
Il bagno è altrettanto piccolo e il box doccia (senza le odiose tendine di plastica ma con la chiusura a vetro) una volta entrato non ti permette di muoverti agevolmente. Il lavandino è della Barbie. E la doccia perdeva acqua (e non si capiva da dove) e avevamo fisso in camera il tira-acqua.
La pulizia della camera non viene fatta tutti i giorni (due volte in 6 giorni) nonostante avessimo appesa alla porta il cartellino apposito.
Ci sono le prese vicino al letto, peccato che la mia alimenta il frigorifero, il cui mobile fungeva anche da comodino. Pessimo avere come comodino un frigorifero. Occasioni per appendere cose nella stanza non c'erano e una volta svuotate la valigie queste stesse diventavano altro arredo ad occupare il poco spazio disponibile.
La connessione WiFi nella stanza 108 è pessima mentre in altre aree dell'albergo è un po' meglio ma devi cambiare rete perché hanno nomi diversi a seconda di dove ti trovi.
Il bar a bordo piscina non esiste, o meglio, esiste ma è vuoto.
E la colazione è un'altra delusione. Tipo continentale con due formaggi e due salumi (mangiabili), qualche mini-pita secca e poco piena (di fattura industriale, ho visto il camion delle consegne), frutta non buona, barattoli con dentro prodotti di cui non si capiva di cosa si trattasse (a parte il miele e la crema al cioccolato), un giorno uova all'occhio di bue (buone) e l'altro strabollite. Sottaceti a gogò, cornflakes, risolatte, insalate di vario tipo.
La stessa disposizione del buffet era poco pratica e le persone di statura media faticavano a raggiungere i prodotti in fondo.

Beautiful family owned hotel that welcomes you
Pros:

This is a second time we are staying at this hotel. The hotel is owned by a lovely family that welcomes guests to their homes. It has a perfect location, next to the beach but away from commotion of the village centre. One can walk in the evenings to the village (takes 10-15 minutes) centre to enjoy restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel also has a swimming pool and breakfasts served are amazing. All staff are smiling and warm and rooms are cleaned and towels/linens refreshed without asking for it. There hotel garden is impeccable with lavish and healthy greenery, palm trees, olive trees and lushy green grass. We really enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Rooms are smaller but it is what it is. All rooms at the coast are small. But this did not prevent us from enjoying our holidays

Raport calitate preț bun.
Pros:

Disponibilitatea locurilor, curtea și amenajarea erau frumoase, dar nu am apucat sa profitam prea mult de asta, mic dejun destul de variat, personal amabil. Amplasarea locației este aproape de plaja.

Cons:

Este un hotel cu mobilier destul de vechi, faptul ca la baie se strangea apa de la dus, si nu aveau o scurgere eficientă , pat inconfortabil .
