Stay was Ruined by the jetski service kid's rudness and by hotel management covering it up.
Pros:

The lake Iskar is absolutely gorgeous.
Property owners lost out on €240 waverunner 1hr rent and €160 next week's stay, which I had to cancel due to staff rudness.
The Young man servicing the jet skis is incredibly rude. He was standing by the jetskis, talking with his buddy on the phone. I approached, in my swim shorts, towel over my shoulders. It was easy to see I was a hotel guest. We made eye contact. He continued chatting on the phone. Time passed by. I waited. He ignored me standing, right there, right next to him, for a few more minutes. Seeing this may take awhile, I said:"Excuse me, can I ask you a question? How much do these jetskis cost to rent?"
He got mad at me. On the phone, he Told his buddy that "he had some asshole rudely interrupting his conversation, and that they would catch up a bit later". Then, he proceeded to give me an angry lecture about my lack of manners! As an American, I was shocked by this customer service. Seems like these seasonal workers haven't heard that The Customer is Always Right. I assume He gets paid to do his job - to gas up and rent the jets to hotel guests!
I'm a hotel guest.
I would like to spend my money and rent the jet ski.
I'm asking him how much it costs.
Why am I getting an angry lecture! Standing there next to him, waiting for 2-3 minutes, Turns out it was not sufficient For his Royal Highness!
How dare I interrupt him, while he chats away with his buddy, instead of working?!?

I asked his name. He wouldn't give it to me!
So I went to the hotel desk, and asked the manager, who looked like kid's dad, how much it cost. Manager quickly took me outside, to his son. There he told me that the kid was probably talking on the phone with another customer! And that it was €40 for ten minutes. Neither one apologized or showed any remorse.
I went up to the reception. They too defended their staff.

I went up to the reception. They too defended their staff. After this confrontation, I felt uneasy about swimming in the lake, while this kid and his dad are speeding past me on the waverunners. So, for personal safety, I cancelled my next week's 2 night reservation. Receptionist lady covered it up by just erasing my name from the log book with the white-out.
It's a shame that such a beautiful place, as Kamelot, that obviously had so much love, money , energy and effort invested into it , hired such rude staff to gas up and rent out waverunners.
Seems like a rudeness to customers is rewarded in Camelot.

Οχωρο περιποιημένος, πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία μπροστά στη λιμνη και με θέσεις πάρκινγκ.

Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο, σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο. Ο κύριος στη υποδοχή και στο εστιατόριο ήταν στα όρια της αγένειας, σε αντίθεση με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό. Προσοχή, το εστιατόριο κλείνει στις 10 το βράδυ και ύστερα κλείνουν τα φώτα. Δεν υπάρχει καμία ενημέρωση για αυτό. Εμείς κάτσαμε στις 9:00 και στις 10:30 με άγριο ύφος μας έδειξε
το ρολόι ότι έπρεπε να έχουμε ήδη φύγει Μόλις σηκώθηκα με , έκλεισε τα φώτα .

Miejsce dobre na weekendowy wypad lub tranzyt.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja nad jeziorem. Duża restauracja. Personel kompetentny i miły.
