Great views, and great hotel but not the most efficiently run.

Cons:

Every amenity costs extra even for guests. The early check in waitlist requires a Korean phone number and they have a disorganized system for calling a taxi–every receptionist had their own way, some called with their personal phone, some through an app, some called, etc. One time we asked if we can reserve a taxi in advance, and he said no and asked to come down the next day when we need it instead. When we did so, another receptionist was unable to help. When we finally got the taxi, the taxi driver refused us because we had luggages.

첫여행이고 아이와 방문이라고 룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 시작부터 기분이 좋았습니다. 주차부터 시설과 객실과 직원들의 친절 그리고 쾌적함과 청결함, 다이닝의 맛 까지
어느 하나 빠질거 없이 너무 좋았습니다. 하루전에 갑자기 잡은 숙소인데 정말 좋았습니다. 추후에도 속초에 온다면 카시아만 올거 같네요. 이번에 업그레이드 받은 룸이 너무 좋았어서 여기로 또 올 거 같습니다.

패밀리클럽시 객실내 텐트는 아이가 매우 좋아하고 클럽내 놀이감과 음료는 편의점이용을 줄일수 있습니다.

Cons:

수압이 다소 역한점. 루프탑 바가 운영을 종료한점 부대시설의 가격대가ㅠ높은점은 아쉽습니다.

Pros:

너무 좋앗습니다. 깔끔하고 방음도 잘되서 편안한 휴가를 보내고 왓습니다. 뷰도 끝내줘서 바다 위에서 쉬는 느낌이었어요.

Cons:

조식이 사전예약인점은 불편했어요. 사실 호텔 투숙에서 조식이 진짜 중요한데 일찍 마감이었고 투숙객들을 다 수용할 수 있는 다른 레스토랑이 더 잇엇으면 좋을것 같아요.
