Horrible experience waste of money.
Pros:

They called me before arrival.

Cons:

Condition of the room there no tea and coffee maker no toiletries as mentioned in the booking platform.No AC as it was not clearly mentioned in the time of booking. The room was small and very hot like an oven.

The hotelier was very nice, but the location is not as good as I thought and I also paid in cash.
Pros:

The hotelier was responsive to the messages in the organization before my arrival and he was kind to me while I was there: he also lent me some small cash for the bus to the city centre because the moneychangers in the area are absolutely scammers (go to the district called New Market to change money). The location of the hotel is near the airport, but the “shortcut” road to it is quite confusing and anyway it takes a good 20 minutes on foot (it takes much more with the easy yet long road).

Cons:

The room on the ground floor had bugs walking on the floor, so I asked to change it and in the room on the first floor it was ok. After having asked beforehand to pay by card with the POS, the receptionist was pretending that the machine wasn’t working and he also wanted to overcharge me (each part pays their own bank fees), and that’s very bad. If you have an Indian SIM card (there is no Wi-Fi at the airport), Rapido App on your phone and rupees in cash (only scammers outside the airport, no money exchange counters inside the airport), I would really suggest to get a hotel in the city. I miscalculated the convenience of the location of this hotel, unfortunately.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The food was charged separately and was of very poor quality. The prices were also quite high for what was provided. Additionally, the hotel did not provide blankets in non-AC rooms. When I asked for one, the staff said that blankets are only given to guests staying in AC rooms, which I found unreasonable. Overall, the service and facilities were not satisfactory for the amount charged.

It was very good for me.

The people’s behaviour. They were extremely humble and polite.

Cons:

I must mention this as an pointer towards improvement (not criticism but just feedback)…The flush in the bathroom wasn’t working and there were mosquitoes in the room. I had brought a mosquito net but because there were no hooks on which I could hang them I hung them in any alternate way I could. Hence I slept well. I don’t blame anybody for the mosquitoes because sometimes they are unavoidable in India. But there are ways in which they can be removed through sprays or repellents, cleanliness. This must be considered because it is difficult for customers to sleep in a room of mosquitoes. Most people donot carry mosquito nets either. I will highly recommend doing something about this since customers will not appreciate being unable to sleep because of bugs in the room.
