A stylish place to stay in Old Quarter! A very comfy bed.
Nothing, except there were some construction noises above us but it couldn't be helped and it was always during the day.

В ванной комнате стоит решетка деревянная и прозрачное окно. Мне это вообще не понравилось так как снаружи если приглядеться, то все очень видно, особенно если сидишь на унитазе. Никак это прикрыть или закрыть нельзя. Поэтому чувствовала себя максимально неуютно так как кто-то может подсматривать за тобой во время того как ты делаешь свои дела в ванной комнате

Probably one of the most unique places we stayed during our trip. Phen Art House has such a beautiful design, with thoughtful details throughout, and the linen was incredibly comfortable.
The café serves amazing coffee, and the hospitality was outstanding. The team was so accommodating and helped us with every question we had, even assisting us when our flight was delayed and plans became uncertain.
It’s the little things that made us feel so welcome. A truly memorable stay that I would highly recommend.

My fault - I missed "homestay" in the title. It didn't have the services and facilities you would expect in a hotel.
The location/staff/coffee and bed were all fantastic. We had a late check in and they were fantastic on this. We would 100% stay here again.
There is an awkward window towards the bathroom I would put a blind on. But no one can see in, I’d love the reassurance.
The location was good
Stayed one night and it was fine, went out the next day and when I came back the room was infested with ants, 1000s of ants everywhere even on my towel for the shower. I went down to complain to the staff and they told me they would help me later, while all 3 of them were playing games on their phones? I asked politely if they could help me now as it is disgusting and they were so rude. I had to leave and the owner would only reimburse me 25% of the cost as he said he had to pay for cleaning, which in my opinion an ant infestation is not an issue I should be paying for. Disgraceful service, the people were so rude. Do not stay here

We booked a double room with balcony, the room size was great. The style of the room is wonderful, with personally chosen fittings and fixtures, made by authentic artisans. The location is excellent too, right in the heart of the old quarter, with so much activity at your door step. The coffee downstairs is a great way to get your day started!
The room was lovely, but I can't say I'm a fan of this glass walled bathrooms trend! Thankfully there's an internal blind you can pull down on both walls for a some privacy if you're sharing.
De gastvrijheid en het personeel in specifiek Kaydan en zijn familie beviel ons het meest. Er was een verbouwing, dus vandaar hadden we een andere kamer gekregen, zodat we er minder last van hadden.
