Great Stay in Hanoi!
Pros:

Great location, very central and close to the old quarter. Comfortable bed and lovely room altogether with many amenities. Staff were also very friendly.

Perfect
Pros:

Stayed here 3 times over the past few months. Loved everything about it each time. The rooms are clean and decorated beautifully. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the old quarter. There’s a lovely cafe on the ground floor with great coffee & great staff. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Fantastic stay but unfortunately only one night.
Pros:

Down stairs is a coffee bar that serves very good coffee. The hosts were very welcoming. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the old quarter. Quirky and charming tactfully furnished.

Top locatie, geweldige bedden en heel mooi ingericht. Lieve mensen en hielpen met de bus naar onze volgende bestemming. Kwamen aan het einde van de reis graag terug, helaas voor ons al volgeboekt.

Great location, close to everything, but not too noisy.

Cons:

I believe some of the bookings/tours made on our behalf were at the expensive end. Owner looking to make extra from us. I requested receipts for bookings, told he would get them, but never received them.

Wonderful oasis of calm in amongst the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and very quiet. Staff couldnt be more helpful! The price compared to similar accommodation ratings was a huge plus as well!! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay in old quarters
Pros:

Friendly staff, the owner was very lovely and helpful! The space was beautiful and we immediately felt right at home. It was really nice being able to wake up and go downstairs and get a delicious coffee in the morning too! Highly recommend staying here, particularly if you are like us and value a quieter atmosphere to come back to at the end of a long day of exploring.

Fab location, lovely interiors
Pros:

I loved this place! It was literally staying above the coolest bar/ coffee shop and it has stunning interiors. The room was very large and had a sofa in it to chill on. I loved the balcony to have my morning coffee out on. The staff were incredible and so helpful with local recommendations for the best Banh mi!

Cons:

The bathroom had clear windows- it did have blinds inside to get privacy but you would need to pull them up to actually get out of the door each time
