Get what you pay for (or dont get what you dont pay for)
Pros:

I liked the staff they were friendly and helpful. The room is was relocated too was a lot nicer than the initial room I was given.

Cons:

Things dont seem to work. The first room was cold, tiny, horrible little fridge that wasnt going, I decided to use TV and it doesn't work. Eventually was moved to another room once the TV in that room was fixed for me, amd that room was nicer, but discovered that the fridge didn't work. I checked it was plugged in and switched on, but the next day everything was room temperature so it wasnt working. The shower holder was not attached properly so I fixed it so I could have a shower. The bed is thin and can feel the springs and bedbase, but its comfy once laying down, albeit bouncy.
Despite the distance between room and pub, the pub was very loud and was kept awake by yelling and drunken noise, until about 3-4am??

The door lock to main hallway a bit flimsy. Windows in bathroom & bedroom seem to have constant moisture on them. Bedside light not working. No instructions for TV, hours for restaurant hours - should be written down on menu, and no other info about other eating options close by. Very basic info provided.

If you aren't travelling for something important, it's suitable for accommodation.
Pros:

The food at the restaurant was really good and having plates, bowls, jug, microwave and cutlery in the room was great. Parking by our room was a big bonus!! As well as an outside door.

Cons:

I know its a pub now, it was my fault for booking (didn't know) but the noise was extremely high in the room. It was the bass from the sound system and the rooms aren't well insulated, you could hear others closing draws/doors moving about etc. even from the far end.

No reception at the hotel --found a barlady who gave me my keys.
Pros:

Barlady Michelle was very helpful and went out of her way to arrange a breakfast place because there was no breakfast on sight. Michelle was also very helpful when we discovered no hot water in our unit which was not fixed until Sunday morning around 8am

Cons:

No reception or sign to suggest where to go to get keys.
No hot water 1st morning of stay.

Cons:

Didn't stay, we were rung during week & told our room booked 10 months prior was unavailable. They had a room with 2 single beds available so asked for that. Room wasn't overly clean, couldn't make a coffee as only 1 cup and no spoons. Was very hot & small fan was covered in dust so couldn't use. Upon arrival a staff member was appalled we'd been put in room and did mention new management & she was going to ask for us to be refunded. We didn't stay and ended up driving 4hours home. No refund recieved. I'm sure its a nice place to stay & likely circumstantial but it was disappointing.

Our room was clean & comfortable. We appreciate the staff giving a full service daily
The staff are pleasant & accommodating 👍🏽

Cons:

If you're not use to cold showers then maybe you'll have to wait awhile to get hot water..

Definitely a good choice if you love bars, staff and location are amazing
Pros:

The Staff were amazing especially managing the bar noise and patrons once bar closed. The convince of it's location, super flexible with check-in times and the blackout curtains were all fantastic!

Cons:

Being a holiday/long weekend and our room being next to an entrance way; meant music and patrons echoed through the walls till 12.30-1am.
