직원들이 정말 친절해요. 체크아웃 하는 날 하롱베이 투어가 있었는데 투어 차량도 같이 기다려주고 필요하면 전화통화도 대신 해줄 수 있다고 먼저 얘기해줘서 안심이 되었어요. 짐도 다 옮겨주고 방 안내도 세세하게 해줍니다. 침대도 편안했고요. 다음에 또 머물고 싶은 호텔이예요.

Classyc hotel like all hotels in Vietnam is on the smaller side. However do not let this deceive you for it quality. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and kindness. Welcome drinks whilst we waited for checkin. The whole process was easy and we were there 2 hours before checkin time but they were able to secure the room earlier for us.

The room was clean and well kept. The bed was on the firmer side but was very comfortable. For those who prefer a more plush bed you are also offered the option of a bed topper. We had a staff member assigned to us for any needs we required during our stay. Amelia communicated to us via WhatsApp which was very convenient.
They had your standard amenities, with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer in the room. No iron was seen but I didn’t try to request for one either. The grand suite also had a kettle and Nespresso machine. We were given 2 bottles of complimentary water daily.

Buffer breakfast selection was limited but had enough variety even for the most discerning diner.

Upon arrival we were offerred a 200,000vnd voucher for the downstairs Reno bar and a complimentary 2 glasses of wine. Unfortunately, with travelling with a toddler we were unable to make use of this. But it was still a very nice gesture.

The staff here were diligent and kept an eye on their guests without seeming to be imposing.
We were even given a little bamboo cup and a dessert on our last night as a Thankyou gift.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were not able to utilise any of the other facilities besides the pool due to time constraints. But the pool itself was nice enough. On the smaller side due to its location. However, the setup served its purpose with a poor bar, poolside chairs and covered area.

The immediate street that the hotel is on is a little dirty and difficult to walk around there is no foot path. But much like the rest of the surrounding area. Cannot push a pram around these streets
