Great start to our Vietnam trip
Pros:

Its location to see all the old town and french quarter was great. Choice at breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

Fantastisch verblijf in een bruisende stad.
Pros:

Het attente personeel doet je op elk moment belangrijk voelen. Dit is ongeziene gastvrijheid. En dat in het hart van Hanoi Old Town.

Cons:

De rooftop mocht wat meer aandacht krijgen. Soms lagen er geen handdoeken terwijl er een aantal gasten in het zwembad zaten.
Hoewel ze er vrijwel alles aan doen om je een fijne nachtrust te gunnen, hadden wij helaas van ‘s morgens heel vroeg last van geluid als gevolg van renovatiewerken in de straat.

An elegant hotel with an excellent location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Classyc Hotel Hanoi. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter, local attractions, restaurants, and cafés on foot. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant design with comfortable and spotless rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options each morning. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop area, which offers a lovely atmosphere and beautiful views of the city. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic experience.

Een mooi en luxe hotel waar je tot rust kunt komen
Pros:

Een oase van rust in de chaos en lawaai van de old town. De kamers waren mooi met fijne bedden. Het was heel hygiënisch en het personeel was zeer dienstbaar en was wat je verwacht van een vijf sterren hotel. De ontvangst was ook heel gastvrij.

Cons:

Het ontbijt voldeed maar was redelijk beperkt met westerse opties.
Bij het zwembad op het dakterras was geen schaduw. Sowieso waren er weinig bedjes, maar je komt hier ook niet voor het zwembad.

From the moment we walked in we were treated by exceptional and hospitable service. That same level of care and warmth

The hotel was clean, the rooms were a great size and very clean. The balcony view was excellent. Strong aircon, made us a little cold. The pool area was so nice at night to cool down. Location was fantastic. The staff were fantastic. Fancy and Amelia were so hospitable and helpful in giving tips on where to go and navigate Hanoi.

Excellent service
Pros:

Great service, gave a wind chime and delicious chocolate cake for my birthday. The attention from start to end of stay was impeccable as well.

Alles is hier super geregeld. Enorm vriendelijk personeel. Alles is schoon en de faciliteiten top. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. En je krijgt ook nog en menu waarop je verse eitje of noodles soup kan bestellen.

I loved this hotel! It is clean, neat and the staff were amazing, very accommodating and kind. I loved the pool and the view from our suite was amazing. They took care of us and gifted us few gifts for our anniversary which was great! Thank you for the great experience, we will come back there again!
