Everything perfect
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay of almost a week and truly enjoyed every moment. The service was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, even beyond the official responsibilities, which made us feel genuinely cared for and welcome throughout our stay.

The room was very clean, beautifully designed, and we felt comfortable from the very beginning. We also had one or two small points of criticism during our stay, but they immediately took them seriously, listened carefully, and will most likely improve them right away. That level of care and professionalism made a very positive impression on us.

We look back on our time there with a lot of warmth and gratitude, and if we visit again in the future, we would most likely choose to stay here again. Also, the small gift we received was a very thoughtful gesture and is already hanging in our home.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam & liebenswert. Zudem ist die Lage des Hotels mega & liegt unweit vom Zentrum. Zu erwähnen sind vor allem die gut schallisolierten Fenster in der lebhaften Stadt Hanoi.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Hanoi
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, gut ausgestattet und das Personal extrem aufmerksam. Ich habe innerhalb kurzer Zeit 2 Mal dort übernachtet und fand in meinem Zimmer eine Welcome back Überraschung inkl. handgeschriebener Mitteilung. Ich kann dieses Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

High quality hotel with brilliant staff in the Old Quarter
Pros:

- the staff made our last night of our honeymoon in Vietnam very special and was the best part of the hotel, Mikki who checked us in was very helpful from start to finish and they were very accommodating and let us check in early too. They made us feel like VIPs the whole time and went the extra mile to help us wherever they could.

- the hotel felt very high quality and clean in general, the rooms were comfortable with strong showers

- good selection and tasty breakfast

- the reno bar was really cool

Cons:

- smoking in the reno bar but you are allowed to smoke inside in Vietnam so not really the hotels fault, but maybe have designated area that have tables for smoking would be better

Excellent hotel in the Old Quarter and only a 5 minute stroll to Hoàn Kiêm lake.
Pros:

My wife and I arrived in Hanoi on a sleeper train from Sa Pa at 6:30am. The staff greeted us with welcome drinks, allowed us to leave our baggage, and helped expedite access to our room earlier than the official 2pm check-in time. Whether we were simply fortunate or whether it was thanks to the diligence of the manager, Arthur, we received a WhatsApp message letting us know our room was ready earlier than expected.

We promptly returned from our morning explorations and settled into a really comfortable and nicely appointed room. Throughout the remainder of our stay, every staff member, without exception, was courteous, attentive, and friendly. They genuinely made us feel special.

Whenever the manager on duty was available, they offered advice and helped facilitate our plans. For example, we wanted to organise a day trip to Ninh Binh outside of a standard tour package. After discussing my ideas with Arthur, he arranged a driver who transported us there and back and took us to several locations I had mapped out as part of a rough itinerary. It was a godsend considering we only had three days in Hanoi and it really helped us fulfil our Vietnam wish list.

As for the hotel itself, the rooms were nicely appointed, very clean, and featured excellent centrally controlled air conditioning via a wall touchpad. The location is excellent too — situated in the Old Quarter and only a 3–5 minute stroll from Hoàn Kiếm Lake, while also bordering the French Quarter.

Hanoi’s Old Quarter is lively and wonderfully frenetic, but ClassyC provides a quiet refuge from the bustle outside. The rooftop swimming pool was also a terrific place for a cooling swim when the midday heat became too much.

Breakfast options were more than adequate and were served by the same attentive and friendly staff we experienced throughout our stay.

My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

P.S. I used to read reviews mentioning staff by name and sometimes viewed them with suspicion.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just some constructive feedback - I would have liked at least another hook on the back of the bathroom door so I could hang my towel too.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything, the room was big and very clean. Bed was super comfy, the breakfast was very delicious and I loved that you could order Vietnamese Ice coffee with your breakfast.

The location is really good and you’re close to everything. The pool was clean and nice temperature and the view was very relaxing.

The staff was the main point for me. Everyone is very caring and really tries their hardest to make sure you have an amazing stay. Amelia had helped us a lot when our plans got changed and supported us as much as she could. We are extremely thankful to her and the staff.

If I come back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again! 10/10
