Ein absolut unvergesslicher Aufenthalt mit unglaublich herzliche Menschen!
Pros:

Ganz besonders hat uns das herzliche Team begeistert und ein besonderes Lob geht an Fancy, sie hat uns super betreut und all unsere Fragen immer, auch über WhatsApp, jederzeit beantwortet! Die absolute Krönung war unser Upgrade - unbezahlbar! Vielen Dank dafür. Die Betten sind mega bequem, alles ist tipptopp sauber und auch das Frühstück ist gut. Dieser Ort und die Menschen wird uns für immer im Herzen bleiben!

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

The staff is excellent. Their service was very very good and on point. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Accommodating my family for check-in before my arrival was extremely great customer service.

Cons:

The room my wife and I were assigned was really small for 2 people.

Pros:

J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir loger pendant 3 jours dans le penthouse panoramique avec mes 3 enfants. On s’est régalés et c’était vraiment un séjour exceptionnel.
Le personnel a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions et nous avons été traité comme des rois.
Pour ceux qui peuvent se le permettre, je recommande vraiment de s’offrir ce luxe.
