A hidden gem. The staff were very attentive. The sky top bar and pool were great for getting away from the bustle of the street.
The restaurant on the 10th floor provides city views and excellent food.

It was perfectly situated to see all of Hanoi with leisure. The facilities were exceptional and everything you need in a city hotel!

The breakfast was lovely, lots of variety some familiar food but also a lot of local foods. We ate right at the top by the window, the views were lovely and the staff were amazing.

Outstanding accomodation. Clean with excellent and very comfortable rooms. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The rooftop pool and bar was a real highlight.

A fantastic hotel, one of the best we have ever been and the panorama duplex is wonderful. Totally recommended. The kids really enjoyed it, specially with the football machine game in the room. Bathrooms are splendid and the staff were absolutely fantastic, before the stay, during the stay and after. If in doubt, stay here. I also tried the SPA and recommend it. Also, breakfasts were a nice variety buffet changing daily and the rooftop pool is fantastic. If we go back to Hanoi, we'll definitely stay here again. Also, the mattress was a bit hard, but they immediately provided a mattres topper that resolved the issues. Very close to the lake at the old quarter.

Let me just start by saying this was an AMAZING stay.
We got in from our trip at 2am, and were accommodated by Mikki who checked us in promptly and made sure we were comfortable and knew everything about our room. He also made himself contactable through WhatsApp if we had any queries.

The hotel itself is exceptional! As soon as you walk in the door everyone is happy to greet you with a smile. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. We even got upgraded due to it being our last few days in Vietnam.

It was also my birthday during this time, therefore they had prepared the room with decoration and a cake. This was a lovely touch and made me feel celebrated even though so far from my family.

Breakfast was included each morning and was a great selection of Vietnamese and western style food. The staff in the restaurant were also extremely helpful.

We also had a chance to experience the Reno Bar at the bottom of the hotel. This bar was great for me and my partner. Very chill environment and I was able to also use the 200,000 VND voucher I had been given upon arrival to the hotel for my birthday.

Further, the infinity pool at the top of the hotel was also a great experience. Good music and chill vibes, with a bar serving lovely drinks.

Due to our flight being later in the day of checkout, we requested last minute for a longer stay. This was no bother to any of the staff and we were able to get a room to chill in whilst waiting, as well as use of the pool for the last time.

Our checkout was seamless aswell. Bryan (?Brian) was amazing. He went through the checkout process and explained everything well. He also ensured that our Grab car was on its way and assured us that they would help us into the right one. When the Grab arrived, him and the porter helped bring the suitcases down and loaded them into the Grab.

The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond for us. They booked our restaurants and day tours for us and updated us throughout the day of things that were happening to make our holiday better. We could be out and about and WhatsApp them to book us a massage at the hotel and a few minutes later it was confirmed. Absolutely loved it!!

Podría destacar muchísimos aspectos de este hotel, pero debo resumir para ser breve. La atención del personal del hotel es impecable e inmejorable. Esta gente se desvive por tu confort y relax, y están allí para ayudarte en lo que sea. Más allá de ser algo cultural, son súper atentos con cualquier tipo de detalle. También debo destacar que el desayuno es muy variado y muy bueno, con muchas opciones desde yogures, ensaladas, bollería, comida vietnamita e incluso de otras gastronomías. Está bien para hacer un buen reset alimentario si necesitas hacer una pausa. El servicio de habitaciones también es top, así como el chef para el servicio de cena. Espero que conserven esta actitud y esencia a lo largo de los años, lo puedo recomendar y tengo clarísimo que volvería.

Auch bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde schnell und kompetent unterstützt. Der Service war insgesamt sehr gut und hat meinen Aufenthalt angenehm abgerundet. Ich kann das Hotel daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

The staff are exceptionally helpful, nothing at all is to much trouble, i don't think I've stayed at a more attentive hotel

The location was terrific with the Old Quarter and French Quarter both within easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was really nice.

Central to all the highlights of Hanoi and walking distance. Clean amenities, great customer service and welcoming staff.
The food was great and so was the coffee.
