Awesome staff! Challenging without air conditioning.
Pros:

The location was good. The spacious feeling of the apartment was great.

Cons:

No air conditioning! During a heat wave, it was really difficult. Poli, an extremely helpful receptionist, was able to finally secure some fans for us. She was amazing.
With the windows open, the noise from the street was significant.

Comfortable base for Prague stay
Pros:

Well located but initial Google maps takes you to a less desirable street.
Well priced for the quality I would say.

Cons:

Check in process online was long winded and details only provided late in the day, including the exact location.
Pillows could be more comfortable and could have additional pillows in room as is standard in a lot of hotels.
Can’t really comment on staff as there was no staff support. There was someone on reception but they did not help when we struggled to get in.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel recepcji

Cons:

Obie sypialnie to pokoje przechodnie, tylko w jednej jest szafa na ubrania. Okna wychodzą na oszkloną galerię, brak możliwości wywietrzenia pomieszczeń. Przez galerię przechodzą osoby postronne, więc nie zawsze można odsłonić zasłony.

Идеальное проживание в самом центре Праги
Pros:

Очень чистая и уютная квартира, идеальное расположение, буквально 2 мин от Вацлавской площади и так же 2 мин от ресепшена, где можно оставить на хранение багаж до/после выселения. Удобная система электронных ключей. Уютный дворик. Идеально белые полотенца и белье постельное.

Cons:

Не самый удобный диван. Вернее, вообще не удобный. На 2 ночи - нормально, но если надолго - спина не оценит. И еще, привыкли, что в такого рода апартаментах всегда есть шампунь/гель для душа. Тут этого всего не было, пришлось покупать. Было только мыло для рук и средство для мытья посуды. Это не омрачило нашу поездку, но я думаю, людям это лучше знать заранее))
