Pros:

Hoewel ik maar voor 1 dag geboekt had, ben ik 5 dagen gebleven. Hotel ligt 10 minuten wandelen van drukke Lake site/Disneyland.
Hotel zelf ligt in het rustige Sedi met prachtig uitzicht op meer, bergen en rijstvelden, uiteraard afhankelijk welke kamer je boekt. Mijn verblijf was in juli en dan is er volop keus. Kamer schoon, douche warm genoeg.
Personeel is aardig en vanaf dakterras is eenvoudig ontbijt mogelijk.
1 minuut lopen van hotel gaat een local bus iedere 10 minuten naar het 5 km verder gelegen Nee Road, dit is centrum van heel veel winkels en restaurants.
Prijs/kwaliteit een 10, uiteraard kun je voor veel meer geld een luxer hotel zoeken, ik was zeer tevreden tijdens mijn verblijf.

Cons:

1e keer even zoeken naar de ingang, doodlopend straatje aan meerrand.
's Nachts, soms wat geluiden van honden en buren, maar dit stoorde mij nauwelijks.

Nice classical affordable hotel with AC in Pokhara
Pros:

Nice affordable rooms with an AC (300rp per day extra) Lovely friendly staff and calm location with good store next to it. I liked the older classical vibe of the rooms. You can pay with card.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard and old. The shared balcony was a bit creepy sometimes. There was other people from next door hanging around our side of balcony and looking inside. If I was a woman alone would not have felt safe necessarily but you should always inform staff if something uncomfortable like this happens. It's not he hotels fault but the other guests.

Booked 1 day at this hotel because the price was low.

Beautifully situated on the edge of Phewa Lake (Sedi) and a 10-minute walk to the hustle and bustle around Lakeside/Disneyland.

From the hotel, a local bus runs every 10 minutes to New Road, the city center; it costs 40 rupees and almost everything is for sale there, including many goldsmiths selling 22k gold.

But I was surprised by my clean room, hot shower, beautiful view of the lake and mountains, and a wonderful night's sleep.

The manager, Raj, is very friendly and helpful, and I even received a small discount when I said I wanted to stay another 4 days. Highly recommended.

It can be much better
Pros:

Owner and staffs are friendly. Best view of lake from the top. But its less hotel and more like a guest house.

素晴らしいです！またポカラに戻った時はここに泊まりたいです。
Pros:

レイクサイドからも程近く、大通りからは離れているので夜も静かで良く眠れます。また、夜のレイクサイドからの帰り道では、向かいの山にポツポツと光が灯っていてとても綺麗です。また、スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、私が困った時はすぐに手厚く対応してくださいました。女性ドミトリーはシングルベッドが2つなので、運が良ければまるで一人部屋のように使えます。ホットシャワーも出るし、ご飯も美味しいです！
