Pros:

Pulita. Ottima posizione. Spaziosa. Vicina a stazione FFS e tanti ristoranti, bar, negozi, centri commerciali.
Colazione super buona e varia!!

Cons:

Mancava l’aria condizionata ma c’era il ventilatore. Faceva caldo ma non troppo.

Okay for short stays, ecxellent breakfast at Parkhotel, great location.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and a little more affordable than Parkhotel.

Cons:

Water pressure in sink and shower quite weak.
No air conditioning and in spite of cooler temps outside the room was still muggy as there‘s only a very small window on the glass enclosed balcony.
Because I was staying with my dog (which according to Booking.com was allowed) I was offered an upgrade to a room at Parkhotel for CHF 75 as they won‘t allow dogs in the carpeted Residence rooms anymore going forward.

Well located and functional. Good for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Well located and just a short walk from the station. Check-in is via the hotel next door. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, although there wasn't a huge variety.

Cons:

Given the very hot weather air-conditioning would have been nice, although I appreciated the fan left in the room.

Résidence à éviter absolument quand il fait chaud
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner
Chambre spacieuse

Cons:

La résidence Zug est une annexe du Park Hôtel et se trouve dans un immeuble également occupé par des entreprises.

Absence de climatisation.
A notre arrivée dans l’après-midi la température de la chambre était supérieure à 30 degrés et le ventilateur était éteint.
Malgré un orage en début de soirée qui a rafraîchi sensiblement la température extérieure et une nuit de ventilation (fenêtres ouvertes et ventilateur), la température dans la chambre était encore de 27 degrés à 7 heures du matin alors que la température extérieure était de 20 degrés.
Et de plus le ventilateur était bruyant.

A noter que l’ensemble de l’immeuble est très chaud et étouffant (aucune circulation d’air).

Tres bel séjour mais nous avons suffer avec la chaleur...
Pros:

L'emplacement est tres intéressant, le bâtiment des chambres est correct et l'hygiène est au point. La piscine est tres agréable y compris la sauna. Les enfants ont adorés le petit-déjeuner (les grands aussi...). La ville est aussi très sympa!

Cons:

Ayant séjourné dans un weekend de tres fort chaleur, le fait que les chambres ne soient pas équipé de climatisation a ete tres pénalisant pour notre séjour. Le balcon fait office de four et le sommeil a ete presque inexistant...
