Pros:

No sign .gave arrival time no answer at door..no response to phone calls while I sat outside..then abusive messages from Gary.

Cons:

I didn't stay as couldn't get into accomadation..gave up trying after 30 mins of ringing and messaging only to receive insulting messages.
This man should never be in this business..his rude and demeaning..Never experienced such dreadful customer service.

Last resort only if you have to get to!
Pros:

Not much to like! I stayed in 8 places for this Europe trip, this stood out!

Cons:

There’s no breakfast! The shower did not have hot water, the best l would say it felt like lukewarm and the shower drain hole was barely draining. My room even though faced a beautiful view of the Atlantic however was cold. A new heater still wrapped in plastic sat in the room tells me it needed to be installed.
The hosts initially said a family matter prevented them from meeting me for check-in. After l did a self checkout the host informed me the family matter apparently didn’t materialized. Regardless, l saw a car driven by the affected family member did a u turn in front of the house before l checked out.
Got it, l would be too selfless to trouble the hosts about the shower and room conditions if they had to deal with a family matter of medical urgency!

Es zählt nicht nur die Unterkunft sondern alles drumherum gehört auch dazu. Und das war spitze !

Liebe Doreen und lieber Gary, endschuldigt bitte, das ich so spät schreibe. Ihr habt eine tolle Unterkunft, habt nette Gespräche mit mir geführt und habt mir tolle Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt in Irland gegeben. Viele davon habe ich mir angeschaut und war schlichtweg begeistert. Und nun bin ich wieder zu Hause in Deutschland. Vielen, vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit bei Euch. Mit lieben Grüßen Rolf

Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer.
Pros:

Unterkunft ist nett und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Lage ist herausragend.

Cons:

Rest des Hauses ist nicht sonderlich ordentlich. Zimmer sind sehr klein.

I only needed a bed for one night while exploring the west coast and this was just a perfect match.
Pros:

Friendliness and local tips for beaches. Swimming is just so good in Ireland's west coast. Gladly come back one day. Great for a short stay when you need a bed to stay overnight.

Only a short walk from Cahersiveen with brilliant views of the coastline. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the hosts were incredibly welcoming.

Home from home.
Pros:

Really super friendly hosts. It was a home from home. Comfy bed and epic view from bedroom windows.

Cons:

Weather……too windy and my Skellig trip was canceled.

Outstanding.
Pros:

Because I was under pressure to catch a bus, Gary cooked me a super breakfast ( free) and then drove me to the bus. I was so grateful for his kindness and great food! Bed was really comfy. Local information was supplied re restaurants and walks. Great stay.

Cons:

Having to leave!

Very pleasant hosts! They offered lots of great suggestions for places to visit both locally and throughout the rest of Ireland. They also provided a secure spot to store my bike overnight which was great!

Pros:

Very friendly hosts with lots of local tips who were so keen to ensure I slept well that they put a hot-water bottle in the bed. My upstairs room had a view across green farmland to the sea.

Cons:

I couldn't get hot water in the bathroom basin but maybe I should have run it for longer (from Greece, I don't like wasting water - something Ireland is not so short of!)

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Gary. La chambre est assez spacieuse, le lit très confortable. J'ai pu avoir de très bonnes recommandations de restaurant et de très bons conseils de randonnées.
