The best hotel for tourists
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is the best hotel I have stayed in during my visits to Istanbul so far. The owner is a very respectful, kind, humble, and caring person who genuinely looks after his guests. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Despite the lively atmosphere outside, the room was very quiet, allowing me to relax and sleep peacefully. The location is excellent, easy to find, and close to everything. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my entire stay. I would like to sincerely thank the owner and all the staff for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future.♥️🙏

Perfect 3 night stay for a group of friends !
Pros:

location and staff were brilliant ,the place was really clean and spacious !
we checked in late and communicated with them and the replied on time and were so helpful

Cons:

there was loud music playing outside across the street until 3am on all the 3 nights we stayed there
lucky for us we were out until late anyway so didn't need to sleep early but if i came with my family i wouldn't have been happy

Terrible, stay away
Pros:

Spacious modern room

Cons:

We booked this property for a full month expecting a comfortable long stay near the tourist area. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most problematic accommodations we have ever experienced. I feel it is important to share the details so other guests can make an informed decision.
The biggest issue was the extreme nighttime noise, which was not mentioned at all in the listing. The hotel is right next to busy bars and night clubs. The windows have zero soundproofing: it felt like we were sleeping directly on the street. Music from the bar across the road often continued until 3–4 AM on weekends. Street musicians also appeared at night, and staff only responded after multiple messages. Even moving to a higher floor (which was promised but never happened) would not have helped, and host has confirmed that (proving that they know about this issue and not fixing it. I have a text message from the host as a proof).
Additionally, a large digital banner right in front of the hotel stayed brightly lit 24/7. The curtains did nothing to block the light, so the room was constantly illuminated, making sleep even harder.
Other serious problems included:
• WiFi disaster: It disconnected every few hours and completely stopped working for the last few days (fixed only after 3 days). Since we work from home, reliable internet was essential. We had no choice but to buy our own mobile WiFi hotspots at extra cost.
• Air conditioning broke down during hot weather and took 2–3 days to repair.
• Washing machine was broken when we arrived and only fixed after 3 days.
• Floors became sticky again just one day after cleaning.
The hotel offered a partial refund (charge only one night), but at that point it was nearly impossible to find another suitable place for the same price on short notice.
If you need a quiet place to sleep, good WiFi for work, or reliable basic amenities, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Konumu ve temizliğiyle İstanbul tatili için en doğru
Pros:

Konumu tek kelimeyle muazzam, İstiklal’in tam göbeğinde ama odalar beklediğimden çok daha sessizdi. Tesis çok yeni olduğu için her yer pırıl pırıl. Özellikle personelin güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olması konaklamayı çok keyifli hale getirdi, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.

Cons:

Genel olarak her şeyden memnun kaldım. Sadece asansör/merdiven alanı biraz daha geniş olabilirdi ama İstanbul merkezi için bu çok normal bir durum. Ciddi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık.

Nice apartment, central location, just a bit noisy at night
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy and spacious. Had everything you needed for a self catering style break.

Cons:

Outside the control of the Suites, but be prepared for noise late at night. The nearby bars / clubs have music playing very loud until about 3am and meant sleep was a struggle. To cap it off there is then building work next door which started at about 8am.
