Hotel céntrico y excelente en Playa del Carmen
Pros:

El alojamiento y el personal muy amables. Cerca de la terminal ADO y a pocos pasos de la avenida 5ta

Cons:

Demasiado ruido de la calle y de las habitaciones de al lado. La gente puede salir a la azotea a cantar y a gritar a las 3 am . No dejan dormir

מאותו יום שהגענו המעלית לא עבדה היינו צריכים לעלות ולרדת קומות להגיע לחדר לבריכה לארוחת בוקר ועוד להביא את הקופון מהקבלה לחדר אוכל שנמצא בקומה החמישית של המלון. שנכנסנו לחדר לא היו מים חמים במקלחת רק אחרי שאמרנו להם הם טיפלו

Pros:

De locatie van het hotel was super, 2 minuten lopen van het centrum. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen bij het hotel, moesten wel nog toeristen belasting betalen. Ook kregen wij gratis ontbijt bij het hotel, dat was een leuke bijkomstigheid.

Cons:

Het dakterras met zwembad zag er heel anders uit dan op de foto’s (zie afbeelding). De mooie ligbedden op de foto’s waren er niet, er stonden een paar simpele ligbedjes. Ook vonden wij het bed niet lekker slapen, geen fijne kussens.

Quarto bem confortado e ótima localização

Cons:

O café da manhã é péssimo! Pagamos e acabamos tomando café na rua. Deveriam ter mais opções.
