I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.
Pros:

The property was safe with attendants at each entrance. It was clean, well appointed and very much a resort. The swimming pool was clean with chairs and towels available. The dining room staff was excellent and the tasty food was a very good value. It was close to Walmart, a shopping area and a pharmacy.

Cons:

There were 8 family members and the hotel had no tables available for us to play cards and games.

Un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo para disfrutar en familia, altamente recomendado.

Lo que más me gustó (Aspectos Positivos)

Ambiente y áreas comunes: Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, destacando sus áreas verdes. Se respira un ambiente de total relajación y tranquilidad, lo cual lo hace un lugar excelente para pasar el rato en familia con mi esposa y mis dos hijos.

Albercas excelentes: La zona de la piscina se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones y es ideal para todas las edades, ya que cuenta tanto con alberca para adultos como con un chapoteadero perfecto para los niños.

Ubicación práctica para servicios: Aunque no está en la zona turística, tiene la gran ventaja de tener un centro comercial y opciones de restaurantes muy cerca.

Comodidades del hotel: Cuenta con un restaurante dentro de las mismas instalaciones, lo cual es muy práctico. Además, la habitación resultó ser muy cómoda para descansar y el hotel ofrece un estacionamiento bastante amplio.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó (Aspectos Negativos)

Distancia a los puntos turísticos: La ubicación queda un poco alejada si tu intención principal es visitar el centro de Tampico o ir a la playa.

Mobiliario y equipo en la habitación: Los muebles ya no se ven tan nuevos; les vendría muy bien una remodelación o actualización. Además, la pantalla de televisión no es grande.

Conectividad: La señal de internet Wi-Fi falla dentro de las habitaciones.

Pros:

Todo muy bien nos hemos hospedado varias veces desde hace años muy buena ubicación camas almohadas comodas,habitación limpia jardines bonitos cuidados, alberca limpia el año pasado como que había mas vigilancia en la alberca y los meseros del restaurant atentos si queríamos ordenar algo bebidas o snak esta ocacion nadie nos ofreció nada
El almuerzo tmb en otra ocasión el bufete como que estaba más variado ,al momento del check inn no se que pasaba qué no encontraban mi reserva pero todo bien ,noté que ahora hay un guardia de seguridad tmb en la entrada checando cada vehículo eso sin duda hace sentir más seguro y nos ponen pulsera a los huéspedes .lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Solo ese detalle con que no había servicio en la alberca a snack o bebidas
