Very comfortable with a great roof top pool
Pros:

We loved the pool on the roof. Great addition to the hotel. Nice sun trap

Cons:

No tea or coffee in the room. Room was a little narrow & felt a little claustrophobic

Super expensive for a nice basic clean hotel room not in the middle of the center.
Pros:

Our room was big, modern and clean. Good beds and good shower. We didn’t have breakfast but went to a super bakery close by.

Cons:

Staff friendliness depended on the person. The man who greeted us was really friendly and helpful. Others were neutral and not so welcoming. There is a lounge but we could not use this as guests. The pool area on top of the hotel was small. It was farther out from everything than we thought. Subway a couple of minutes walk and transfer to another line most of the times. Most of all we felt that we really really overpayed. More than 400 euro per night for a nice but basic room excluding tourist tax and without breakfast.

Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
Pros:

Room was ok although took a while to cool down on arrival.

Cons:

Stayed here twice now (had already prepaid). Check-in arrival was greeted by someone arguing on the phone for 10 mins while we were ignored. We informed reception that room had not been setup for 3, were told that cleaners were leaving so were provided covers and pillows to make bed up ourselves. Pool is tiny and impossible to get a drink while there, they leave a sign saying press button for service … no button exists. During evening had to hunt for someone to serve us a drink with receptionist too busy playing on phone (Wordle I think) to assist and kitchen staff no where to be seen. Then on Sunday bar and restaurant closed completely at night. Just expect more nowadays from a hotel and amazed by the ratings.
