Bed was comfortable, room size is small. restroom is small, a bunch of stores nearby, AC worked great, ice machine was out of service, there's no fridge in the room, parking is available behind/side of the hotel, its "valet" meaning someone is there watching the cars and moving any blocked cars.

Cons:

Ice machine was small, toilet was close to the sink so lot a lot of room, walls sound thin so a lot of outside commotion can be heard. no elevator available.

El hotel es muy bueno bueno, pero ojo con los dentistas de Samej dental son falsos.
Pros:

las habitaciones como siempre limpias el personal atento y obviamente seguiré visitando este hotel. por mi tratamiento odontologico y por favor las personas que vayan de turismo a tijuana por favor no asistan a un consultorio llamado SAMEJ dental yo iba a este desocuparon mis bolsillos y son doctoras falsas. por favor cuida siempre donde te metes en esto de medicos y odontologos por el hotel es super centrico y los precios muy buenos.

They didn’t honor my reservation

Cons:

They have a window for check in. If you don’t arrive in that window, they give your room to someone else. This wasn’t disclosed anywhere.

Nice staff, really nice beds and hotel, slight smell, be ready for deposit ahead with pesos
Pros:

Beautiful place, great location

Cons:

Slight chemical smell in the room, when you arrive they will ask for a deposit they lock in at an exchange rate above what you prepaid and way above exchange rate I think local rate was 1658 at the time and they wanted 19 best to bring pesos when you check in. Also 11usd for early check in

Close to everything. Free private parking lot.

Cons:

Terrible staff host. Kept my driver's license and forgot to return it to me. No hospitality skills! She should not be a desk receptionist. How difficult is it to say good morning or good evening when a paying guest arrives?
