Comfortable bed, nice bathroom; great location for visiting the town
The bin was not emptied when we first arrived to the room; we had no kettle; the hotel is undergoing major renovations (and we were not informed) so there is no nice atmosphere as you walk in and out. The valet service was ok but it took a while to get a car (as the staff self admitted they didn’t know how to drive it)
The hotel was being renovated during our stay, but that detracted very little from our experience. It's a beautiful facility with very comfortable accommodations and wonderful outdoor space. The surrounding area was beautiful and lively. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Decor stunning. Rooms immaculate. Hotel beautiful. William at reception waited for us as we arrived late. He helped us out when we got our car stuck in the car park and he sorted out room out when it was not set up for three people. He went about and beyond and we were so greatful to him after a long day watching the grand prix and travelling from Montreal. Superstar!
We were not aware of renovation of bar restaurant. The lobby bar was one of the main reasons we booked. Disappointed with that.

La chambre est immense, très confortable. L’hôtel peut sembler assez éloigné sur un plan, mais il n’est qu’à 10-15 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Québec. Personnel très sympathique.

The WIFI for the TV was spotty.
Unbelievably noisy. People slamming doors all morning and evening. Cleaning Staff slamming doors first thing in the morning. Utterly disrespectful of people’s sleep. I read reviews about the level of noise in this property. I should have heeded them.

Let me start by saying William the front desk receptionist went above and beyond with his customer service, he is a gem and the hotel should keep him at all costs.
The hotel itself and the room was spacious and nicely appointed with big comfortable beds, with modern classy interiors.
We were disappointed that the free shuttle service was non-existent, even though I booked it through their website and I got an email confirmation for our pick up from VIA Rail station to the hotel and for our trip to the airport on our departure.. so I had to pay for taxi both ways totally expecting not needing to pay for these. Found out later that the shuttle service was tied to the restaurant, which was closed for renovations. I did not get an email that this shuttle service was gone. Also, we were excited to try their restaurant, only to find out it is gone and being renovated and changed to a different concept as mentioned above. There was also construction going on on the ground floor because of the restaurant, and in the morning we also hear loud sounds from construction outside, beside the hotel.
