Very cute decor. Everything was well appointed. Location was quite central.
Bed was small and room was quite small. Definitely not the most comfortable in that way. Also there were no mirrors outside the bathroom making it hard for two people to get ready at the same time.
Location is amazing, valet was very convenient due to difficulty parking on the Grande Allée. We were in room 401 beside the elevator & facing Grande Allée. We never heard any noise being here nor did the construction bother us! We loved the second floor outside patio to sit and relax. We would recommend this hotel and hope to be back one day!
The lobby is on the second floor due to location of restaurant which was hard to find at the beginning

Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber.
Personal war sehr freundlich.
Lage war ganz gut - zur Altstadt dann schon ca 20min zu Fuß planen, dafür zum Park zum Joggen direkt dahinter.
Es wurde uns leider nicht vorab gesagt, das das Hotel unten komplett renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer sind oben darum nicht soo schlimm, aber logisch hat es nicht ausgesehen wie auf den Fotos dann halt auch.
Da der Desk nicht immer besetzt ist und wir nach 17h angekommen sind war es dann auch mit der Baustelle etwas schwierig nach oben zu kommen da wir auch keinen Code hatten. Es gibt dort sonst eine Bar und die Dame hat uns dann geholfen aber und nach 10min war dann auch jemand da.
There were renovations and noise in the AM from that. The door of our suite didn't lock and I asked this to be fixed, and it wasn't. They said they would make the stay special and booking.com listing states champagne/wine complimentary - there was none.

Cute boutique hotel. Extremely friendly staff. The young woman that checked us in at the front desk was also the valet that parked our truck. She was so friendly and informative. The property was under renovation. Soon to be completed. We look forward to going back so that we can fully enjoy the property. The location is fantastic for walking to cafes, restaurants and historical sites. We highly recommend the hop on, hop off bus tour to get to see a lot of the historical Quebec.
The hotel warned that there was refurbishment work on the ground floor restaurant being done before arrival but it didn't really affect my stay. The room was beautiful and spacious. Really comfy bed and no street/inner noise despite the work being done. The location is great for strolling into the old town and there's plenty of restaurants and parks nearby so the area is pleasant.
The room was beautiful with a very large comfortable bed. Large bathroom and shower area with towels changed everyday. We found the dressing gowns, flavoured teas and coffee pods very nice. The location was ideal only a gentle 10/15 mins walk downhill. The number 11 bus runs regularly from the bottom if you don't want the uphill walk back.
There are plenty of very close restaurants to choose from. The staff are always very helpful.
Currently the hotel restaurant is being refurbished but this did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.
Couldn't think of a better location, short walk to Old Quebec, restaurants just out the door
