I wouldn’t say there again until the service is up to date..
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great and escalator was a bonus so we didn’t have to carry our luggage upstairs..

Cons:

We stayed for 8 days but our room was only cleaned once. We asked on the third day to clean our room and we also left the wooden tag which says clean the room but still nothing, we asked the day after that to clean the room but still no clean. We run out of toilet papers and coffees so we had to buy our own. The luck of service was annoying and I didn’t like the breakfast because it was the same thing every day..

Pros:

The hotel was nice and modern, the rooms were spacious and sound proof but the hallway was quite noisy but you get that from any hotels. Everything were great apart from the toilets keep blocking up, but the staff were amazing, they were attentive to every request and complaints about the toilets, they were there fixing it, couldn't fault the staff at all. Breakfast was ok for the first couple of days, but got sick of the same thing every morning, cold eggs, sausages, Spam, they could change it up a bit to make it more appealing like including some Samoan food, e.g. Koko alaisa, super esi etc. Location was perfect, handy to Apia Markets all within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Didn't like the small toilets that keeps blocking, same breakfast every morning gets a bit boring and tasteless after a couple of days, they need to include some Samoan breakfast foods like koko alaisa etc.

Highly Recommend
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and happy to help us despite our 3am arrival. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Location Was very easy to find and loved our close it was to everything.

Beautiful and convenient
Pros:

Staff was very friendly & she even have to leave home around 2 am to check us in. Food was good. Room was nice and big for a standard but the toilet was an issue but overall, we enjoyed our stay at Taufusi ❤️ and it was very convenient and near town.

Cons:

The toilet was clogging up

A week in Taufusi
Pros:

We loved the internet and location! We were immediately impressed with our room and size. Bigger than most hotels and priced right. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. It was handy having a convenience store downstairs as well that opens late. Close to everything. It was great! One of the best we've stayed at in Apia.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better and extended.

Set up strangely kind of a hotel in a shop. I could hear constant noise through the walls chairs being dragged kids screaming.

Pros:

You cannot beat the prime location of the property. In the heart of Apia and conveniently above a supermarket. Although the hotel sits near the main road, it was never loud or inconvenient - nearly forgot how close we were to the main road.

Cons:

I have no words, there is nothing I did not enjoy about our stay. Would definitely go back!
