Comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and very clean. It was so nice, I wanted to stay longer. The kitchen was also very well equipped, with everything I needed including some spices. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I also found the location good, and walked everywhere I needed to go. There is also a supermarket about five minutes away which was very convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Cons:

The only thing is that in the advertisement a bathtub is listed. There is a bathtub, but the stopper for the drain was removed so it was not possible to use it. This is a very minor thing, and I would without hesitation happily stay here again, but if you are hoping to have a bath then that is not going to happen. (But the shower is very nice and very clean!)

Altes Haus, die Türen sind schwer zum schließen und öffnen. Böden knirschen.Nur eine Steckdose im Zimmer. An der Straße sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeit.

Pros:

Vom ersten Moment an wurde ich unglaublich freundlich empfangen. Das Team hat sofort ein Gefühl von Willkommen vermittelt und war aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Man merkt, dass hier Service und Menschlichkeit großgeschrieben werden. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Die Gastgeber. Georg war super nett und hat mir gleich was zu trinken angeboten. Und man konnte sich gut mit ihm unterhalten. Er war auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr netter Vermieter sehr ruhig gemütlich gut ausgestattete Küche sehr komfortabel das einzigste was für mich aber kein Problem war dass kein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer war aber ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert

Quadratisch, praktisch, als Monteurs-Zimmer OK

Für mich war die Lage sehr praktisch, das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Aus der Beschreibung geht m. E. nicht klar hervor, dass die Zimmer nicht über ein eigenes Waschbecken, WC u. Dusche verfügen. Die Ecken waren nicht sauber. Es war sehr hellhörig, v. a. durch die abendliche WC Benutzung der Mitmieter, die die Türe zum Badezimmer während sie auf dem WC waren! teils offen liessen.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich mir wurde ein Kaffee angeboten und ich konnte mich sehr schön unterhalten.
Ich würde dem Gastgeber zehn Punkte geben.

Das einzigste was mir nicht so gefallen hat war ein Gemeinschaftsbad aber es war sehr sauber
