Super stylish and lovely staff. Really nice bar area
Our room was very slightly on the small side but still had all we needed
We'd been wanting to stay here for a while and were absolutely delighted to make a spontaneous trip upon finding availability for one night! It is ultra stylish and seemingly effortlessly so; every corner is curated to perfection. The room was cosy with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The large bottles of Le Labo products in the bathroom were much appreciated, as were the freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies brought in at the turndown service. We had breakfast and dinner in the new Willy's garden and both were delicious with surprising twists. Service was courteous, attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We've stayed at a few hotels of similar calibre in Margate but this is by far our favourite. Enjoy.
Wonderful stay, no notes.
There is a beautiful charm, fantastic staff and design detail, wonderful location (make sure to take in the seaside and Walpole Tidal Pool vibe), delicious restaurant on site, and great comfort (bed!) with terrific shower, heated bathroom floor, best towels, so many things. Margate is filled with interesting, friendly creatives and I would return!

The room was beautiful, really nice small touches and high quality fit out. Lovely bar and restaurant where we had the best breakfast.

We loved the boutique feel. The rooms and other areas of the hotel were very clean. With great aircon. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the complementary snacks provided and water. Good in Willys restaurant was excellent as was the service.
The price of the room didn’t include breakfast, but it didn’t stop us having brunch and breakfast in Willys.
Bed was comfortable, nice bedding, air conditioning. Easy to park. Friendly staff.Very clean. Nice products bathroom. One lovely friendly guest carried my case up the stairs. Loved the interior designer style decor, and art work. Although we didn’t use the restaurant I hear their breakfasts are divine and their sausage and mash to die for. Bar looked fantastic, with sofas to relax in!
Sadly the room, very small. Advertised as King with no sizes listed on Booking.com, but listed as small and cozy on other sites. Did politely ask if another room was available, but no luck. Bar already closed at 8.20, when we returned from the seafront, lounge too, so nowhere to sit. Sunlight enters room at 5am. Room expensive, could include breakfast, could include a discount for its size. We had booked 3 hotels for 3 nights. I so wanted to love this hotel, it was my 1st choice, but sadly my 2nd and 3rd choices were far superior.

Interesting building and beautiful room. Bed was amazing, so comfortable. No tv, which was actually a good thing. Lovely luxurious bathroom. All in all, very relaxing and rejuvenating!

Feels modern, friendly staff
I need to say, it’s not worth the price! Check in is late, at 4pm, and when we arrived there was no water, no tv in the room, no fridge or even door locks. The room and shower were so tiny and annoyingly had some really loud noises throughout the night that kept me up! It’s not worth the £300. The hotel is in a random location as well
Decor, cleanliness, friendly staff & breakfast was delicious!
You could hear the people above us walking around in their room and unfortunately it kept us awake in the early hours of the morning.
