Nice place to stay, just look out for noisy neighbors
Pros:

Grounds were clean, room was nice and clean. Staff was easy to work with. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Parking was not that great, Checking in took a bit of time. I was told they would put me far away from noisy people, has someone in teh room above me that was stomping around for hours. Complained to front desk.

Cons:

There was no problem with Woodspring Suites, they were wonderful and the place was clean and very pleasant. I didn't use the hotel for nothing but bed because we were there for medical purposes.

nice place overall, will stay there again
Pros:

seems to be fairly new so it is in better condition than most hotels in this price range. It's set up more for folks that plan to stay a while. You get a kitchen instead of free breakfast.

Cons:

They put me in a room set up for handy capped folks, which I didn't need but didn't mind either. The bed was really low which may help some folks with disability but it was also extremely soft for a spring mattress. I pictured the same folks with a disability trying to get out of such a soft bed. I didn't sleep well at all on that soft a surface. Otherwise no complaints. Some of the cooking smells were a bit much but only out in the halls.

Key card to get into the actual area where rooms and elevators were located. It was Clean, air conditioner worked well.

Pros:

Very nice room large enough for everything. Bed was a little low but comfortable. Suggest to have a few more towels. 2 large towels and 2 washcloths provided. No hand towels.

Cons:

Suggest as when customer comes into the office that should stop talking about other staff members. Over heard them chatting about someone that might show up to work and one of them will need to fill in. than that person said well they will need someone to take my shift. Wish breakfast was offered.

The bathroom sink and tub had several hair in it. The bathroom floor needed swept and mopped. The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable, as well as the bed.
