Pros:

Pros:

Отличная локация, старый Батуми, все рядом в пешей доступности, кафе, рестораны, магазины, море. Отличный и добродушный персонал, останавливались уже третий раз, уже как дома, как в семью приезжали.

At first they gave me a lux room with 3 bed
I thought it was nice gesture but then they packed my own bag without my consent and transfer it to the next room horrible experience do not recommend

Cons:

Less than 24 hours before check-in, the hotel sent us a message saying that no rooms were available. However, they did not cancel our confirmed reservation. Unfortunately, we did not see the message and arrived at the hotel as planned.

At reception, we were simply told that they had already messaged us and that they could neither help us nor offer any alternative accommodation. The receptionist repeatedly said that it was not his fault and that the situation had nothing to do with him. He then raised his voice instead of trying to handle the situation professionally.

Leaving guests without accommodation at such short notice, while keeping the reservation active and offering no assistance whatsoever, is completely unacceptable. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

Pros:

Nice location close to the old town and the city beach. Lots of awesome cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room clean, the airco worked and was helpful during hot summer days. The shower and the toilet - all clean and functional. Very friendly lady at the reception.

Cons:

The WiFi was unstable and would not work almost every evening. Although the reception lady was very friendly, she almost never was there, we had to wait for her.

Очень понравился данный отель, брали большой двухкомнатный люкс. Две большие двуспальные кровати с хорошими матрасами. Есть своя кухня. При этом в самом отеле внизу есть общая кухня.
Идеальное соотношение цены и качества.
Прекрасное расположение отеля, в центре.
Однозначно рекомендуем данный отель.
