Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso, confortável, com um excelente ar condicionado. Bom pequeno-almoço.
Pessoal do restaurante muito simpático e atencioso.

Cons:

Muito barulho à volta do hotel, recepcionista de serviço não era muito simpática.

It was a short stay but with full of dissapointment
Pros:

The breakfast the food was okey but the restaurant is small we have to be standing for long because there was no space for mi and my partner to sit, warm breakfast was not well prepared at all

Cons:

We came to check in at 16:30 , the gentlement at the reception His name is Immanuel directed us to the room but to our surprise the room was dirty, bed not made everything in the room scattered all around, and we have to drive to a mall so they can prepare the room for us and it took 2 hours, when we came back the room coudn’t open we have to call reception for them to send someone to come work on the door, i was dissapointed by the service

Excellent service, fast reponse to requests, help with everything needed, clean, good food
Pros:

Customer service at the reception and restaurant very professional. Reception helped me to organize transportation for my work. Whatever I needed hotel staff immediately responded and provide me with the support.

Cons:

nothing. All was perfect.

I really want to recommend those two gentlemen and that meme was on duty as well as the officers that I found at the ent

Good standard 100% well organized and good serviced every single corner of it you may go !

Cons:

It’s neat and easy to be located , and a safe place i would want to have a rematch please , its a good place with good facilities or features in terms of capturing yourself

It really is Destined
Pros:

I liked the peace and quiet, the friendly personell ,Immanuel & Elizabeth are so friendly and have good host attitude. The cleanliness and when you ask for assistance it always at your service.
I loved my stay,safety and security too

Quartos vastas e limpinhos e insonorizados, restaurante e bar em condições perfeitas.

Funcionários da recepção, cozinha, sala de atendimento, todos simpáticos e bem educados ao atender os clientes.

Gostei de ver variedade de pratos de carnes e outras opções no menu. Infelizmente, pouca variedade de peixes.

Espaço de lazer e condições boas e acolhedores.

Cons:

Hotel deverá incluir no seu menu de alimentação a língua portuguesa para facilitar o entendimento da escolha de refeições diárias.

Incluir também mais opções de diferentes tipos de peixes para engrandecer o menu.
