Pros:

Buena ubicación y buenas vistas a la parte vieja de la ciudad. Muy buen desayuno, y el personal muy majo. Tenía muchas cuestas para subir pero no era problema.

كانت إقامتي جيدة بشكل عام. يتميز الفندق بموقع جميل وممتاز في بريزرن؛ فهو قريب من الساحة والقلعة، كما يقع النهر على بُعد خطوات فقط، ويمكن الوصول إلى كثير من الأماكن سيراً على الأقدام. كان الإفطار جيداً، والموظفون لطفاء ومتعاونون.

أشكر بشكل خاص Alper، الذي يعمل في فترة بعد الظهر، وBirsen، الموجود عادةً وقت الإفطار، على لطفهما وحسن تعاملهما. كما اهتم الموظفون بترتيب سيارة أجرة لتوصيلي من الفندق في بريزرن إلى مطار بريشتينا، وتواصلوا مع السائق وحددوا وقت الانطلاق المناسب وفقاً لموعد رحلتي وحركة المرور. كان هذا الاهتمام مفيداً جداً وجعل انتقالي إلى المطار أسهل وأكثر راحة.

Cons:

يحتاج الفندق إلى اهتمام أكبر بنظافة الغرف وتوفير خدمة تنظيف يومية، فقد وجدت عنكبوتاً في زاوية الغرفة وآخر في الحمام.

كما يُفضّل تغيير إضاءة الغرف أو إضافة مصابيح أقوى، لأن الإضاءة الحالية صفراء وخافتة وتجعل الغرفة تبدو داكنة. وتوجد أيضاً مشكلة في تدفق الماء؛ فعند فتح الحنفية يخرج الهواء معها وينزل الماء على دفعات بدلاً من التدفق بصورة منتظمة.

كذلك يقع الفندق على تلة مرتفعة، ولذلك قد يكون الوصول إليه سيراً على الأقدام متعباً، خصوصاً لمن لديه أطفال أو حقائب.

بشكل عام، الفندق جيد وموقعه ممتاز، وأشكر Alper وBirsen وبقية الموظفين على لطفهم واهتمامهم. ومع تحسين النظافة والإضاءة، وتوفير خدمة تنظيف الغرف، وإصلاح مشكلة المياه، ستكون تجربة الإقامة أفضل بكثير

Chegar a porta de carro não é tão simples, mas com cuidado e sem pressa é possível, e depois não precisa mais do carro para conhecer o principal da cidade.

Fantastic hotel in a center of Prizren
Pros:

Clean, spacious hotel, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and fantastic terase that is overlooking the city. Hosts are fantastic Egmond and Artur are so kind, and friendly, that was amazing. Breakfast is very tasty too. Hotel is in a very center, but on the steep hill. This was not an issue for us rather an advantage for the view. We will be back for sure!

Pros:

Overall we had a great stay here. The breakfast lived up to the hype and the location was great! Amazing view from our window! The staff were helpful and friendly!

Cons:

The pipes seem to have air in them throughout the whole hotel. We usually aren't too fussy but using the facilities did get a little tedious.

Pros:

Personelin ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi. Otel merkezi konumda, Sinan Paşa caminin hemen üst kısmında. Sadece biraz rampa var. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli idi.

Edmond ve Alper bey çok ilgili, nazik, yardımsever, hoş sohbet insanlar. Otel'e girişte güzel karşılanmak bizi kendi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. 4 ve 8 yaşındaki çocuklarımızla gerçekten çok rahat ettik, tam bir aile oteli. Kahvaltısı da güzel ve yeterliydi. Merkeze yakın bir konumda olması avantaj👍 Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla bu oteli tavsiye ederim 😊 Yolu biraz yokuş ama manzaraya değer, tekrar Prizren'e gidersem yine burada kalırım, her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.
