Pros:

O atendimento foi muito bom. Como o hotel fica no alto de uma colina e os tĂĄxis nĂŁo podem subir atĂŠ lĂĄ, o recepcionista veio nos receber na ponte de pedra e nos ajudou a subir com as malas. No dia seguinte tĂ­nhamos que pegar um Ă´nibus de manhĂŁ e eles adiantaram o cafĂŠ da manhĂŁ pra nĂłs.

Wirklich ein tolles Hotel!
Pros:

- Guter Preis (v.a. inkl. FrĂźhstĂźck).
- Gute Lage: Die Festung ist quasi ums Eck, man ist aber auch schnell in der Altstadt.
- Man kann gratis in der Nähe des Hotels parken.
- Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr bemĂźht.
- Das FrĂźhstĂźck ist ausgezeichnet!
- Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf Prizren.

Cons:

- Man muss wissen, dass es sehr steil rauf geht von der Altstadt zum Hotel.
- Durch die steile Lage ist das Parken beim Hotel auch seeehr tricky.
- Das tolle Frßhstßck gibt es leider sehr spät (erst ab 9 Uhr), daher konnten wir es am 2. Tag leider nicht wahrnehmen.

Great value for the money
Pros:

excellent location, very friendly. Good breakfast. Family vibe. 2 minutes from old center.

Cons:

a bit steep , if you carry a lot of luggages make sure you take a taxi to the hotel , 5 euros from the central bus station. But then the view is really worth it , overlooking the town and the valley.

Pros:

The staff and the host were amazing, very hospitable and friendly and always there to help. The beds were very comfortable, high quality mattress and pillow, the terrace was big and the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast is also very good, traditional turkish style. The location is also fantastic 2 minute walk from the center, yet it's quiet and peaceful. On top of all of this, it's very affordable.

Konum iyi temizlik ve konaklama şartları iyi değildi.

Konumu çok iyi

Cons:

Temizliği gerçekten kötüydü, klozet su sızdırıyordu. Kullanılmış tuvalet kağıdı bırakılmıştı odamıza gece inanılmaz soğuktu ve doğru düzgün bir örtü-battaniye ya da yorgan yoktu. Ayrıca klozet temiz değildi.

Pros:

Blízko centra, krásny výhľad z okna. Chutné raňajky, milí personál, voda a čaj zadarmo. V blízkosti dobré reštaurácie. Priestranná 4 posteľová rodinná izba. Parkovanie v blízkosti hotela bez problémov aj cez víkend.

Cons:

Chýbal nåm stôl v izbe.

Loved it- didn’t want to leave and we want to stay there again!
Pros:

The room had an amazing view, the beds were SO comfy, the breakfast was amazing, the facilities were clean and comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they let us check out super late and even walked all the way to the centre with us to help us get a taxi. Absolutely outstanding service, we were made to feel at home.

Tolle Lage, gepflegt 👍 ich komme wieder
Pros:

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön und gepflegt, und besonders die Lage hat perfekt gepasst: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar und die Festung liegt direkt in der Nähe – ideal für Ausflüge. Auch die ruhige Umgebung trägt dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut überzeugend. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!
