Pros:

Piccolo hotel curato e tranquillo in posizione leggermente defilata rispetto alla piazza principale (meglio nel mio caso, perchè il centro storico è piuttosto rumoroso). Per arrivare c'è una salita molto ripida ma di circa 50 metri, a meno che non si hanno problemi di deambulazione non è difficile da raggiungere.

La camera era bella e spaziosa, con una bella vista sulla città. Letto molto grande e comodo, climatizzatore top, molto silenzioso la notte.

La colazione era buona e ricca, non esagerata come i buffet, ma comunque non si esce affamati.

Pagamento solo in contanti.

Cons:

Come detto già da molti l'impianto idrico ha qualche problema, l'acqua usciva dal rubinetto e dalla doccia a scatti. Però pazienza, non è un problema per pochi giorni.

הצוות אדיב מאוד ונתן שירות נהדר מתחילת השהות ועד סופה.

המיטות היו נוחות מאוד.

מיקום מעולה למי שמסתובב בעיר ברגל.

Cons:

תשתיות מים: זרם המים בברזים היה כמעט לא קיים, לא היה ניתן להתקלח ובקושי רב לשטוף ידיים.

מבנה החדר: חדר בעליית גג עם תקרה נמוכה מאוד באזור השינה. לא נוח בכלל וחטפנו מכות בראש מספר פעמים.

נגישות לרכב: הגעה מסורבלת מאוד. רחובות צרים שקשה לנווט בהם. נאלצנו להשאיר את הרכב בחניון בתשלום בכניסה לאזור העתיק כי פשוט לא מצאנו דרך פנימה (למרות שראינו רכבים בודדים שכן הצליחו איכשהו להגיע)

Pros:

The view is the best - better than anything from the ground. Free breakfast is great too, but it does vary day by day and if you come later some things would be taken. But still great. Hosts were accommodating to add eggs.

Cons:

The shower sputtered like it had air and the toilet when flushed leaked but thankfully into the nearby drain. So it was manageable but the washroom could use an update.

A solo 5 minutos del centro neurálgico. Lo hacia cómodo para subir y bajar, nosotros las horas más calurosas volvimos al hotel.
Pasamos dos noches pero me hubiera ido la primera.

Cons:

No se puede pagar con tarjeta a pesar de que pone que si. Tuvimos que pagar en EUROS. El acceso en coche puede ser no apto para todos ya que hay una cuesta pronunciada. El coche se queda aparcado en la puerta, pensaba que habría un parking. Las instalaciones de todo el hotel a pesar de que a primera vista parecen correctas dejan un poco que desear, las camas eran estrechas, el baño fue lo peor. La presión del agua salía a trompicones y en el mismo espacio te duchabas y orinabas además de ser estrecho, no me gustó nada. El desayuno no estaba mal aunque sea café de polvos, quizás lo peor es la hora ya que era de 9-10, un poco tarde cuando estás viajando.

La ubicación es buena (aunque hay que subir bastante cuesta para acceder). Pudimos subir el coche hasta la puerta.

Cons:

El trato del personal. No fueron nada amables. La ducha esta en muy mal estado y el agua llega a trompicones.

The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Albert at the reception is always ready to assist with anything you need. He is very polite, professional, and courteous. The owner, Mustafa, is warm, kind, and a true intellectual. Their hospitality really makes the experience special. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, personally prepared just for you. It was delicious and simply wonderful!The staff also speaks English, Turkish, Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian, which makes communication very easy and pleasant. Among the many hotels in the area, this one stands out as the best, thanks to its beautiful views, excellent location, and outstanding service.

Cons:

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was having to go home! :) But I’ll be back very soon to the beautiful city of Prizren and, of course, to this wonderful hotel. ❤️
