Pros:

Отличное расположение, весь центр - пешком. Кто знает пробки Улан-Батора, это оценит. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. В номере чисто, убирают каждый день и меняют полотенца. В целом отличный выбор.

Cons:

Завтрак - шведский стол за дополнительную плату. Но еда быстро заканчивается и поэтому лучше приходить пораньше. Потому что, если придёте к концу и даже заплатите, есть будет нечего.

Pros:

Хорошие завтраки, чистые номера и приветливый персонал, быстро реагировал на возникающие проблемы. Хочу отметить Цэцэг, которая была доброжелательна, приятна в общении и хорошо говорила по-русски.

Cons:

Отмечу, что не удобно, что отель не возвращает деньги за неиспользованные сутки. Мы старались точно определеить свое время проживания, но обстоятельства сложились так, что нам пришлось уехать раньше и оплату за проживание нам не вернули.

客房空间宽敞。

Cons:

房间内的冰箱有很难闻的味道，我在酒店住了6天，客房清洁人员没有给更换床单被罩，并且浴巾和毛巾有时候没有更换。

A pleasant stay in a comfortable room and hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was within walking distance of the main road in the CBD. The rooms were quite large and although a little dated were nice. The bathroom was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

The only thing I can say that I wasn't keen on was when we visited the hotel restaurant, we weren't approached for service and stood there looking like we were lost for a while, so we left and ate in the main street instead.

Not as good as it used to be.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it isn't as good as it used to be. Staff were ok and location is great.

Cons:

Communication with hotel was abysmal as emails and other messages were left unanswered. I was overcharged for a booking change and missed out on the paid for breakfast as it should have been available at 7am. My departure was 7.30am so I was left with no time for breakfast. Wi-fi connection was a problem on the first night of my stay.
