Wordt staff in my case
Pros:

Room size & location

Cons:

Worst staff..TV was not working & they just said that it will be maintained after a weekend with rude way. Internet was worst, took 200 euros as deposit whereas didn’t refund yet. 15 minutes delay in check out caused me threatening of extra charges whereas their hotel missing things (TV & under construction hotel) gave no compensation. Non cooperative staff.

Best Hotel Location in Munich
Pros:

Location is the best with the Hauptbahnhof across the street. The breakfast variety was very good even though the display area was a bit small. The facilities in the room were well arranged. Along with location is the tram stop in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The items in the duvet on the bed were not centered in the duvet.

This is a great place to stay near the old town in Munich.
Pros:

The location was a short walk to the old town of Munich, which was very nice. Our room was large and comfortable. We had to leave for the airport early so we did not try the breakfast.

Cons:

Since we had to leave too early for the breakfast hours, we requested a to go breakfast in a bag like other hotels have done for us. They said they didn't do that or couldn't that day.

American style hotel
Pros:

Close to central train station. Walkable distance to Old Town.

Cons:

A lot of upper body strength required to open the room and shower doors. Who needs a full length mirror facing into the shower? Only handwand in shower. Tiny bedside tables.

A very convenient and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Super convenient stay! The hotel is literally right beside the München HB, which made getting around so easy—especially with luggage. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. Elaine at reception—she was very warm, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome.
