Silence hotel

Room does not have A/C, at summer clients are gonna have a tough time.

After we arrived we had only one hour of electricity that day. On our only full day there was no water from 7.30am until 1pm, which meant toilets could barely be used and a shower was out of the question. The WiFi worked only intermittently, even when the electricity was actually on.

This of course also had implications for the restaurant. Options were extremely limited, but rather than telling us upfront, they waited until 20 to 30 minutes after we had ordered to inform us what was unavailable.
The lack of water and/or electricity also meant that coffee was unavailable. We later discovered they had cold brew available the whole time and but did not mention it.

Breakfast followed a similar pattern. The formula seemed to be eggs plus leftovers from the day before (cold chicken, beetroots, and cured salmon that judging from the smell was about to go off). This left one of us with food poisoning.

Throughout all of this there was not an apology, no offer of compensation, and no communication from staff or management at all.

В целом хочется отметить, что мы остались очень довольны проживанием в отеле, поэтому всё, что будет сказано далее, скорее можно считать небольшими пожеланиями, чем недостатками.

Иногда хотелось бы немного изменить подачу некоторых блюд на завтраке. Например, в один из дней подавали свёклу с кедровыми орешками — само сочетание оказалось очень удачным, однако блюдо было не совсем удобным для еды. Свёкла была нарезана довольно крупными кусочками и немного горчила. На мой взгляд, если бы её натёрли и заправили небольшим количеством сметаны, натурального йогурта или майонеза, закуска получилась бы ещё вкуснее и гораздо удобнее.

Кроме того, из-за отсутствия ножей (их почему-то подавали не на каждом завтраке, а также не приносили даже при заказе блюд в ресторане на обед или ужин) есть такое блюдо было не очень комфортно.

В остальном же мы полностью довольны работой отеля, профессионализмом персонала, качеством номеров и общей атмосферой. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

The hotel was extremely noisy, and there was a constant sewage/toilet smell due to problems with their septic system. There was no air conditioning, which made it impossible to properly ventilate the room. We could not even open the balcony door because of the smell and lack of fresh air.

The food quality was very poor, including the breakfast. When we first arrived, we ordered fish with vegetables and found a small warm-like creature/insect in our vegetables, which was very unpleasant and concerning to say the least.

The hotel presents itself as eco-friendly, but the use of fully synthetic sheets and the overall experience did not match this image

Da das Zimmer direkt neben dem Eingang lag, konnte jeder zu jederzeit ins Zimmer schauen. Oder aber man zieht den Vorhang zu, dann nicht. Ist aber nicht der Sinn, wenn man Seeblick bucht.
Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern wird ohne Auswahlmöglichkeit serviert.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, deshalb ist für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut.
Legt man alle für und wieder übereinander, komme ich trotzdem zu dieser positiven Bewertung, das das Personal spitze iund die See-Lage fantastisch ist

Ну картинки сильно лучше реальности. Очень пахло канализацией, маленькие комнаты, почти не развернуться

The hotel is a distance away from town and the access road is quite rough, not ideal for an ordinary car. The hotel premises are very neat and well maintained, but the surroundings (outside the property perimeter) looked a bit neglected, with weeds growing everywhere, etc. which takes away the "upmarket" feeling the hotel is trying to achieve.
