El desayuno. Bien, no muy abundante, pero tampoco escaso. Resultó suficiente

Las habitaciones. Tuve que solicitar dos cambios. Las dos primeras tenían humedad y no contaban con calefacción. Las toallas estaban percudidas

LLegamos, no había calefacción ni agua caliente
Luego de requerirlo en varias oportunidades, nos enviaron a un hotel de la cadena, el Carlos V, allí tuvimos muy buena atención

La ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

No funcionaba la calefacción y el agua caliente....un 5 de julio!!!!!!! Pasamos frío, el personal nos dijo que era un problema general del hotel.
Solo funcionaba un ascensor y con dificultad.
En ningún momento siquiera pensaron en un resarcimiento dado que no tuvimos ni calefacción ni agua caliente.

No volveriamos ni gratis

El desayuno es completo y la ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

El hotel está muy descuidado. En la habitación la calefacción no funcionaba y pasamos mucho frío. No era un tema de nuestra habitación, era un problema de todo el hotel. Varias veces se corto la luz. Nos dieron frazadas de una plaza para camas de dos plazas. En la mañana no habia agua caliente. Estamos hablando de un día en el que hizo 2 grados de temperatura. Un desastre. Y aclaro que estuvimos hospedados un solo dia.

Estuvimos solo una noche pero de muuuucho frío y la habitación es antigua y grande y el sistema de calefacción es un aire frio/calor pequeño por lo que posamos frío.

Cons:

Reclamamos 3 veces la calefacción, nunca anduvo, estábamos en el 5to piso y hacía mucho frío en la habitación, cuando pedimos las frazadas nos dieron uno más y dijeron “no tenemos más”. La verdad que se hacía imposible dormir con tanto frío

Tanto la ubicación como el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

En las habitaciones no hay secador de pelo, no te avisan en recepción, así que si no te dabas cuenta y entrabas a la ducha, al salir no lo encontrabas. Un ascendor hacía muchísimo ruido que en la madrugada te despertaba a veces asustada. Estaban pintando, bastante olor a pintura.
