Pros:

Great location just off Richmond road. Clean and comfortable, reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate at the hotel bistro and Teddy’s Cafe, both were excellent and good value.

Excellent stay, great rooms - the place will be amazing once finished
Pros:

Our room was clean, spacious & at far end of building - no noise from pub!

Lots of building works going on - limited parking near room but not really a major dislike

The rooms are large, clean and well fitted out.

Cons:

Due to the renovations the parking area for the motel was very small. Unfortunately patrons of the Tavern took up most of the parking near the motel, making it very difficult. This needs even larger sign posts and monitoring to ensure it is kept free for the motel guests.
