Cons:

Spinnweben im Zimmer und Haare im Bad.
Es ist nicht ersichtlich das der Spa Bereich nur für FKK zugelassen ist. Wir hätten sonst ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Wonderful stay with exceptionally friendly staff, delicious food, spotless rooms, and a great location with plenty to do
Pros:

We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made our stay extra special by letting our boys play in their indoor play area, even though it was officially closed. That meant a lot to us, and the boys were so happy. The restaurant staff and waiters were also exceptionally friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection.

There were plenty of attractions nearby. Our oldest son got to try go-karting, which he absolutely loved, and it was also very convenient that there was a car wash on site.

The only downside was the information about the swimming pool. When we booked, there was no mention of the 16+ age restriction. We only discovered this after our booking had been confirmed. This was a little disappointing, as one of the main reasons we chose this hotel after our long drive from Denmark was so our children could enjoy a swim.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we would like to thank all the amazing staff for their kindness and hospitality.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort
Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, wenn man nach Strassburg reist aber sehr schön und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich nebenan.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Abendessen im eigenen Hause ist absolut genial. Tolle Auswahl, sehr lecker und preislich fair.
Das Frühstück ist in anbetracht der Grösse des Hotels auch ganz ordentlich. Es fehlt kaum an etwas.

Cons:

Leider hat es in den Zimmern selbst weder eine Kaffeestation noch einen Wasserkocher mit ein bisschen Tee. Das wäre ein super Upgrade!
Die Reduzierung des Preises für das Spa auf 10Euro p.P. ist zwar nett noch besser wäre aber ein kostenloser Eintritt an einem der (Besuchs-)Tage.

Ich werde es nicht mehr buchen

Begrüßung war normal nett, ein frühzeitiger Checkin gegen Mittag war nicht möglich, die Dame an der Rezeption, versicherte mir, die Rechnungsanschrift bis morgen zur Abreise eingetippt zu haben. Beim Checkout am nächsten Morgen war natürlich keine Rechnungsanschrift hinterlegt. Der Mann an der Rezeption entschuldigte sich, dass dies erst sein zweiter Tag wäre und er jetzt alleine ist er konnte die Rechnungsanschrift nicht einfügen. Ebenfalls konnte er mein Parkticket nicht lösen. Ich sollte dann klingeln an der Ausfahrt. Er mache dann die Schranke auf. Ich klingelte. Er war nicht da, wo man die Schranke öffnen kann. Ich muss noch mal zur Rezeption laufen, mein Auto vor der Schranke stehen lassen. Er hat sich dann entschuldigt, weil gerade sein Kollege gekommen ist, haben die geratscht im Büro. Ich zurück zum Auto wieder geklingelt. erst dann hat es funktioniert also wirklich Service und kundenorientiert war das nicht. Das Hotel ist mit keiner Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was natürlich bei diesen Temperaturen gar nicht gut ist. Ich hatte 29° in der Nacht im Zimmer, an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Hier hat die Dame beim einchecken an der Rezeption gesagt, bis sie abends kommen, ist es wieder kühl. Wir schalten die Lüftung auf Maximum. Dem war leider eben nicht so.

Gestaltung gefiel uns nicht
Pros:

Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, das Bett war super, das Zimmer bei sommerlicher Hitze perfekt temperiert und das Frühstück ließ wirklich keinerlei Wünsche offen!

Cons:

Selten ist uns bisher das (fehlende?) Konzept der Innenausstattung so aufgefallen:
zwar durchaus hochwertige Einzelelemente, aber scheinbar zusammenhanglos zusammengestellt und dadurch unruhig und ungemütlich. Auch eine gute Beleuchtung des Foyers würde sicherlich einen stilvolleren Eindruck erzeugen.
