Tágas tér, egyszerűség, tisztaság..

Cons:

Értem, hogy egyáltalán nem szeretnék önellátásra buzdítani a bérlőket, hiszen odalent minden rendelkezésre áll, de azért egy hűtő talán... Na jó, tudom, nem mindenki olyan bolond, hogy a túlhevülés miatt lefagyott telefonját vagy laptopját berakja pár percre a -19 Celsius-fokra.
