Отличный отель.
Pros:

Очень приятные сотрудники, чистый номер, достойный завтрак.

Cons:

Приехали достаточно поздно и ресторан при отеле уже был закрыт, хотя, по расписанию, ещё должен был работать. Пришлось заказывать доставку. Но это, насколько я понимаю, был какой-то разовый технический сбой :)

La empleada de recepción, el día que llegamos estuvo para hacer el chek in mas de 25 minutos y no nos día ni las buenas tardes y ninguna explicación del tardar tanto en hacer la llegada, tardo tanto que después de nosotros había tres personas más esperando y lejos de ser amable con nosotros fue en todo momento desagradable.
No nos informo de los horarios del desayuno, ni del spa, ni del restaurante y fuimos a cenar a las 21:15 horas y el restaurante ya había cerrado a las 21:00 horas, por lo que tuvimos que ir al centro de la ciudad a cenar.

Pros:

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and they were always willing to assist us whenever we needed anything. The cleanliness was good, and the location was also convenient. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for our stay

Cons:

There was no iron in the room.You had to go up to the fifth floor, where there was only one iron available for all the rooms.

Чисто, персонал на ресепшене отзывчивый и готов помочь.
Ванна-джакузи в номере.

Cons:

Выбор еды на завтраке не соответствует количеству звезд и стоимости, очень мало свежих овощей и фруктов, и это в самый сезон урожая в Армении. При этом еда располагается в небольшом закутке, что провоцирует необходимость тесниться с другими гостями.
Спа-зона представляет из себя indoor бассейн, сауну, хамам и джакузи. При этом размер бассейна – 5 на 5 метров. Сауна по моим ощущениям человека, который не очень хорошо переносит жар – довольно холодная, я мог спокойно просидеть на верхней полке сколько угодно времени, на нижней полке находиться вообще бессмысленно. При этом посещение спа нужно заранее бронировать – очевидно потому что зона маленькая. У нас с этим проблем не было, но 2 часа в спа-зоне делать нечего.
По локации учитывайте, что отель на приличном удалении от центра, гулять пешком в районе отеля сложно из-за отсутствия пешеходных тротуаров.

Gastfreundlich, sauber und Modern.
Pros:

Am Empfang wird einem immer und gut geholfen. Egal ob Restaurant Empfehlungen oder bei einem Ausflug. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind Makellos sauber, und der Gebäudekomplex ist ein Modernes Gebäude. Wir werden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Armenien Urlaub definitiv wieder besuchen.
