Mi aspettavo molto di più.
Abbiamo preso una tripla: la stanza era molto buia, con un’unica piccola finestra sul lato sinistro della camera.
Abbiamo chiesto una culla per il nostro bambino di 5 mesi e ci è stato fornito un lettino da campeggio con un materasso spesso 1 cm (dove chiaramente non ho potuto far dormire il piccolo). Quando ho fatto notare il problema alla reception, l’unica preoccupazione della responsabile è stata chiederci il pagamento delle tasse di soggiorno nonostante non fosse giorno di check out; mi è sembrato un atteggiamento molto scortese.
La struttura si trova davanti alla partenza dei traghetti, può sembrare comodo ma in realtà partono a distanza di due ore l’uno dall’altro.

Unica nota positiva la colazione (ottima) e il personale che se ne occupa, tutti molto gentili.
L’hotel si trova fronte lago quindi il panorama è uno spettacolo.

In generale, non vale il prezzo che costa.

Pros:

We took room with balcony on the lake, it was amazing, breakfast was good but it was little bit lacking more salty things, otherwise alll was good, stuff is helpfull, Hotel is very clean.

War direkt vor der Fährehaltestelle und dementsprechend ab Como gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus auch.

Pros:

The location is excellent! right on the lake and next to the docking station, which made getting around super easy. Restaurant n26 is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is outstanding, and the whole experience feels like dining at a 3-star Michelin restaurant.

Cons:

Parking. As far as I'm aware, there's no hotel parking — I did notice 2 spots out front, but I'm not sure if they were reserved. There's paid parking in front of the hotel and a bit more before and after, but it's quite far. That said, this seems to be a general issue with the location rather than a problem specific to this hotel. Next time I'd probably park in Como and take the ferry to Tremezzo, since I didn't end up using the car anyway.
