Rundum wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Herzlicher Empfang, wunderschönes, gemütliches Hotel. Helle, großzügige und bestens ausgestattete Zimmer. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders geschätzt habe ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ideale Lage, gut mit ÖV erreichbar und nahe den Bergbahnen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage und der Zugang zum öffentlichen Bad. Sehr angenehm das an einem Abend Frauen Sauna ist.
An der Rezeption war das Personal hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, konnte auch bestens Auskunft geben.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und Abwechselungsreich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht klar ob man sich selber hinsetzten darf oder ob das Personal einem zuweisen. Jedenfalls war das zweite der Fall, da dürfte besser informiert werden und das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet etwas aufmerksamer wenn jemand wartet.

Es waren wunderbare, erholsame Ferien.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal und Leitung, hilfsbereite und persönliche Betreuung, feines Frühstücksbuffet, grosszügig eingerichtetes Zimmer, gepflegtes Ambiente, tolle Badeanlage.

Cons:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Pros:

Toegang tot verwarmd openlucht zwembad met badjas handdoeken en slippers. Uitstekend ontbijt & mogelijkheid tot lunchpakket. Locatie vlakbij stoeltjeslift naar Langard Alp.

Cons:

Badkamer wat ouderwets met badkuip en opgehangen handdouche. Geen douchecabine. Laag toilet

Zentrale Lage; Bergblick in die Ferne; frisches, schlichtes und auserwähltes Design; schöne Desigerlampen und hoher Raum beim Frühstück; reichhaltiges Frühstück mit freundlicher Bedienung; Anschluss an das öffentliche Hallenbad und moderne Saunen mit Bergblick

Kritische Anregungen nimmt die Hotelmanagerin nicht ernsthaft entgegen: Dass am Donnerstag gegen Abend die Saunen nur für Damen offen sind, habe ich erst erfahren, als ich vorfreudig den Badge holen wollte. Antwort: Man solle halt tagsüber kommen und überhaupt sei es ja toll, dass man die Saunamöglichkeit habe. Weiter erhielt ich auf meinen Hinweis, im 2. Stock sei der Duschschlauch zu kurz, um ungehindert unter die Brause stehen zu können - sogar als kleiner Mensch -, die Antwort, ich solle eben nächstes Mal einen Stock höher buchen, da gäbe es Walk-in-Duschen. - Ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber nimmt Kritik professioneller auf!

Love Pontresina, highly recommend it and the hotel was great with very helpful staff. Bonus was the Engadine pass.
