Generally good. Honestly, I am loving it here.

Just about the same as my previous experience...
Facility was great. Absolute serenity here, and breakfast has always been amazing, and right on time.
Plus, internet (Wi-Fi) has always been right on point - reliably super fast.

Cons:

The knocking on the door - especially early morning room service (to provide breakfast) and then the janitors, when they are ready to tidy the room🙇‍♂️.

I am not asking that there should be no knock on the door, but particularly here, staff knock so impatiently.
I believe they should allow some good interval in-between their knocks and wait patiently to be answered.
I believe I am not the only guest who does not sit right by the door waiting to answer it in case there is a knock.
It would definitely take some time from wherever you find your self in the room to go get the door. Sometimes, it is just for the better reason to find appropriate outfit to meet the unknown at the door. Not all of us are always fully dressed within the secure enclosure indoors. :)

At best they should learn from the receptionists and use the intercom, this time to announce their approach. This way, guests would be alert ahead, and answer the door promptly. Alternatively, they can get the reception to phone-in for them.
At least phone-ring waking you from an afternoon nap would not make you feel much like there is some trouble out there :)

Added to making my travel experience a great one.
Pros:

Room was comfortable.
Environment of the facility was serene.
Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Laundry would take past a day to be returned. No same day laundry.
Clothes were not well pressed the day I gave it a try, yet price was the same, and was nothing close to cheap.

Ma 1ʳᵉ venue en Côte d'Ivoire en 2022 fut dans cet hôtel. Je fus marquée. Par l’accueil et du fait de trouver un personnel chaleureux, souriant et accueillant. Avec un service qualité super, j'ai eu à recommander l’hôtel pour mes connaissances qui se rendaient pour un passage à Yopoupong.
Cependant aujourd'hui je suis déçue par la qualité du service, principalement du réceptionniste du Matin, un monsieur très loin d’être courtois, à peine s'il dit bonjour. Faut surtout pas lui demander quoi que ce soit. Très désagréable, et hautain. Qui ne sait ce que c'est, un service client ?
J'ai eu à demander du papier toilette souvent parce que j’ai des soucis de santé. Donc oui, j’en avais besoin, en demander était comme si j'élevais la prime du personnel. À la fin de notre séjour, le même réceptionniste, j’étais encore dans la chambre quand M. y est rentré. Pour venir vérifier si nous n'avons pas volé de serviettes ou même le PQ peut être qui semble un trésor rare pour l'hôtel. Je me suis senti humilié, car vous avez mon empreinte bancaire. La courtoisie aurait été de faire ce contrôle après ma sortie de chambre.
Seule personne qui sait ce dont recevoir les clients était la réceptionniste de Nuit, une dame très agréable et courtoise. Merci à vous, Mme.

Bon emplacement et petit déjeuner ponctuel, mais sécurité et service client à améliorer
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très appréciable. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé l’organisation du petit déjeuner : la commande est prise la veille et le service est fait à l’heure choisie. La ponctualité est vraiment un point fort, que ce soit à 7 h 30 ou à 9 h 30.

Cons:

J’ai moins apprécié le fait que le bar et le restaurant ferment tôt. Il y a aussi parfois un problème de monnaie, car il faut attendre ou réclamer pour recevoir le montant exact. De plus, l’établissement n’est pas réellement accessible 24 h/24 : à plusieurs reprises, j’ai dû frapper à la porte en rentrant, parfois pendant plusieurs minutes, et il fallait aussi frapper à la réception comme si le personnel dormait.
Le point le plus préoccupant concerne la sécurité : le dernier jour, ma clé de chambre avait été laissée sur une table à l’accueil. Cela m’a beaucoup dérangé, car une autre personne aurait pu la prendre et accéder à ma chambre.
