Very relaxing in a beautiful area
Pros:

I am still on my Japanese language journey, and the staff were incredibly kind and patient with me when I needed to re-ask questions for clarity or show my question in google translate when I was struggling to say it. The breakfast was amazing, and the onsen was so nice. I do own a car, so the location was great for me since my friends live near there. It is a great location if you want to visit Hakodate or Onuma park and the surrounding area. If you have no Japanese or understanding of Japanese culture, this would be a difficult stay. For me, it was a great hotel.

Cons:

The WiFi was not great and did stop working one night. That would be my only complaint.

Pros:

1泊朝食付プランで利用しましたが、食事も内容、味も良く、館内の居酒屋の料理も良かったです。
ウェルカムドリンクの日中サービスもありがたかったですね。
満足出来たプランでした。

朝風呂も最高。

Cons:

部屋が狭くてセルフで布団2枚ひいたら極狭でした。
レストランが注文してから食事が出るまで30分かかった。呼出を何度押しても来てくれない！(人出不足？)
