The staff was absolutely the best part of this stay, warm, respectful, and attentive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The main room is beautiful and well-decorated. The pool and communal jacuzzi are great amenities. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and well-stocked. All rooms were clean and tidy.
The private jacuzzi in the main room was completely out of service. This should have been communicated before check-in. The bed in the main room was noisy with any movement. The second room inside the suite had air conditioning but no remote control to turn it on, making it unusable in Villavicencio's heat. The bathroom in the second room we rented had a toilet that did not flush properly. At 9:00 AM, heavy-duty tree cutting with loud machinery started right next to the room where our friends were still sleeping.

La tina, las instalaciones, las zonas verdes.
La cama, no fue cómoda. extrañaba mi cama.
La infraestructura es muy bonita, el personal es amable.
Lastimosamente con la nueva administración el hotel ha decaído, antes era un hotel muy lindo, limpio y agradable, ahora por temas de ahorro, no hay portero, ni vigilancia, la piscina está descuidada, no se ve limpia, hay zonas sin uso, duchas sin servir, y zonas del hotel descuidadas y sin limpiar, falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones.

El servicio de tv, no tiene variedad de canales solo televisión por tdt y no se ven bien
He visitado varias veces el hotel y es trite que en esta vez vi como estan dejando deteriorar areas como el sauna, el jacuzzi, la meza de ping pong etc

Está bastante descuidado en cuanto ha varios sitios como canchas auditorio, y falda bastante mantenimiento
