My experience with this hotel was very bad. When I arrived at the reception, they asked me where I was coming from and looked at the family accompanying me. They then showed a higher cash amount than what appeared on Booking.com. When I told them the booking amount was only SAR 167, they refused to allot the room. I came from Jizan Province, and it was difficult for me to find another room within my budget. Finally, they charged SAR 133 by card and an additional SAR 50 in cash.
