En un lugar en dónde el frío es la constante, el hospedaje cumple 10/10 con temperatura, calidez de su anfitriona, cama comoda, calefacción, ducha muy calientita, silencioso. Es un lugar perfecto para hacer una pausa de descanso y desconexión, si es que andas trabajando y viajando.
Desconozco si lo ofrecen o no, pero un desayuno americano o café de cortesía solo podría mejorar la experiencia.
Las piezas son amplias, valor por noche muy accesible, agradezco personalmente que tenga escritorio para trabajar, con buena ventilación.
Los baños son muy limpios, la señora Martita se encarga de tener todo impecable.
Y algo muy personal, la región de Aysén está lleno de hermosos lugares para recorrer, agradezco que la TV se encuentre en una área común dentro de la casa!
El lugar es super acogedor. La señora Martita es muy amorosa y te recibe con todas su energía, hace que la estandía se haga sentir muy hogareña. La ubicación es precisa, cerca de todo y aporta en pode recorrer y conocer todo Coyhaique caminando y observando detenidamente. Excelente disposición siempre en cualquier horario y por cualquier situación. La casita, sus pasillos y sus habitaciones están siempre abrigadas, se preocupan mucho por que quien llegue se sienta en plena comodidad. Lo resumería como el lugar perfecto para llegar a descansar, transmite mucha tranquilidad y ese espacio hogareños que te hace sentir en casa y acompañado como en familia.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kleiner zusätzlicher Ofen auf dem Zimmer.
Me gustó que tuviese una calefacción que mantenga la temperatura confortable siempre. La cama súper cómoda además.

Sweet little place I. A quiet location a few blocks from the main downtown area but close to smaller places. Loved the dog! Feels very homey, it’s a lot in a small space but clean and tidy.
Martita, the owner, is so kind and attentive! She even went out of her way to drive me to the bus terminal in the morning.
The room and bathroom were clean and spotless. I highly recommend staying here!
