Disappointed.
Pros:

Staff Communication was okay.

Cons:

We aren’t happy at all, reason why is - the toilet was not clean and the shower room as well, it was very dirty. The room was not satisfying at all as there was so much bugs and dirt everywhere from the walls to the floor and bed.
I was not happy at all and it was never cleaned at all. They have no kettle or anything for emergency use, especially when we used the telephone to call it was never working.

Overall I am not happy at all. Very disappointed.

overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable and requires urgent attention.
Cons:

I am very disappointed with the poor maintenance of the room. The bathroom sink was blocked, and the water would not drain. The soap rack and other hanging fittings in the bathroom were broken and crushed. The bathroom door was not functioning properly — it was swinging back quickly and forcefully, which is very dangerous. Additionally, the TV was not working, and none of the channels were accessible.

Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable and requires urgent attention.

Pros:

I recently stayed at Sparkling Resort Kataragama and had a wonderful experience. I want to especially highlight the two staff members at the reception – they were absolutely superb and extremely helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and supported us with everything we needed. Their friendly attitude and excellent service really made a difference. Thank you both for making our stay so pleasant – you truly went above and beyond!

Pros:

Location was ok, I think there is in general not much To do in there.
No WiFi in the room and bad WiFi in the lobby.
Bathroom was a little rusty and dirty.
Have had better accommodation for less money.
Not worth the stay.
Staff was super friendly.
