Pros:

The apartment is very nice and big. The bed is also very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Internet was very bad, I could not have video conferences without disruptions. For people working remotely it's a big challenge.

Pros:

Great location, with Ayala Malls Central Bloc, Sugbo Mercado, Metro Supermarket, and the Cebu IT Park Transport Hub all within about a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to my messages through Booking.com. The kitchen was also a great plus for a long-term stay.

Cons:

The room was surprisingly dirty when we first arrived, but the hotel kindly arranged cleaning for the next day after I reported it. However, a used bedsheet left in the wardrobe was not removed until the second week, even after I reminded the front desk. Both glass cups developed cracks after being used with freshly boiled water, but we were charged PHP 600 for the two cups. The black plastic cups provided are also not suitable for hot drinks. Since the hotel provides a kettle and hot coffee, proper heat-resistant cups should be provided.

La camera é spaziosa e fornita di tutto, la posizione é buona perché permette di andare a piedi in vari locali e ristoranti ma ovviamente un po’ distante dal centro ma voluto, lo staff disponibile. Piscina in loco ad uso dei clienti. Prezzo imbattibile

Nella camera c’era un forte odore continuo come di sanificazione con ionizzatore. É stato un po’ fastidioso perché continuo. Inoltre, c’era scritto asciugatrice ma non era presente.

Would not go again.
Pros:

-location away from busy streets but close to the centre

-staff is always friendly

Cons:

Due to miscommunication, I had to pay way more than needed, the manager was informed but did nothing to compensate the lost money. The money I lost was equal to 2 days of stay. This is bad customer service and I spoke to another regular customer of them and he said the same thing.

The shower is in a very small space, with no ventilation, so you have to keep the door open and take a short shower.

The airconditioning and refrigerator are super loud!
As soon as you leave the room, the power of the refrigerator also gets cut, so you can’t store anything if you leave for a longer period.

Pros:

i frequently book there. what i consistently like is the room space

Cons:

We lost a shirt in the room. We reported this however the staff was not able to give it back. Also compared to last year, it takes time now before a they return back to us. There was a point that we requested for make up room thrice before accommodating.

Very good indeed
Pros:

Very comfortable sofa.
Good location easy walk to IT park outlets, albeit along a less than pristine road during rain showers.
Good refrigerator/freezer

Cons:

Two single mattresses on a queen frame do not make a queen bed.
