Relaxing stay and it's clean

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was very disappointing, especially because several of these issues could have easily been avoided.

First, the power outage was a major problem. The hotel could have provided a generator to restore electricity and keep the air conditioning running. It is unacceptable to be unable to sleep in your room because there is no electricity and the air conditioning does not work. At one point, sleeping by the swimming pool felt like the only solution to escape the heat.

Second, water was not properly provided, and there was not even enough drinking water available at the hotel, which is a basic necessity.

As for breakfast, it was missing many things and lacked variety and choice.

And after all of this, when I asked the person in charge for just one extra hour before checkout, I was asked to pay 30 TND for only one additional hour. Considering all the problems we experienced during our stay, I found this extremely disappointing and unreasonable.

Honestly, all these issues had a significant impact on my stay and made the experience far below my expectations. I hope the hotel takes these comments seriously and improves its services.

Pros:

L'hotel est climatisé un vrai plus surtout en pleins mois d'août.
L'équipe du restaurant serveurs / cuisiniers très sympathiques toujours le sourire.
La femme de chambre est très minutieuse et rigoureuse, ainsi que l'équipe de l'accueil.

Cons:

La carte du restaurant est peu diversifiée et les prix sont assez élevés par rapport aux restaurants dans la ville.
Le bufet du petit déjeuner manque clairement de pâtisserie orientales ( dommage dans un pays du Maghreb ou c'est la spécialité)
Manque d'animation et la piscine ferme assez tôt le soir dommage car après une journée d'excursion nous ne pouvions en profiter.

Attention au guide conseiller par l'hôtel pour les excursions il faut clairement négocier les prix et nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec nos excursions organisées . Dommage !

Hôtel familial et personnel très accueillant
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la propreté des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel de ménage, les cuisiniers ou serveurs du petit déjeuner font de cet établissement un lieu paisible. Le chef de réception Nouri est très accueillant et à l’écoute des clients. Je conseille vivement l’hôtel pour un séjour tranquille.

Cons:

La musique à la piscine était de temps en temps un peu trop forte.

Tout, l’accueil, le personnel est aux petits soins, la décoration de l’hôtel, les chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables, le petit dej est topissime, complet et délicieux, c’est une belle découverte et je reviendrais
