Agua quente e localização
El lugar estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca de la parada de bus y de la estación. El personal muy atento y servicial. El desayuno estuvo bueno. Una buena opción para hospedarse, lo recomiendo mucho!
Perfecto todo: ubicación, limpieza, amplitud, comodidad, un precio más que razonable y, almenos en mi caso, vista sobre las montañas y el río. Y lo que ya no tiene nombre es la amabilidad de la dueña, que se despertó una hora antes, a las 5 de la mañana, para prepararme un café antes de agarrar el primer bus para Machu Picchu. Increíble.

Las vistas desde la terraza donde se desayuna son muy bonitas. El desayuno estaba bien aunque no había café de máquina. Fueron muy amables al permitirme dejar mi maleta durante varias horas en sus instalaciones. La ubicación es perfecta.
El chico que me recibió simplemente me cobró, me dio la llave y subió la maleta a la habitación, ya que no hay ascensor. Ni una sola indicación sobre el pueblo o el desayuno. De noche al preguntar a otra chica sobre los horarios, me dijo la hora a la que el chico me había apuntado (sin consultarme, claro). Pagué por vistas al rio que no tuve. Del wc salía agua cada vez que tirabas de la cadena. La solución del chico fue darme un trapo para dejar en el suelo. Indican que hay artículos de aseo personal, pero solo es una pastilla de jabón. La sala donde se dejan las maletas no siempre estaba cerrada con candado.

시설은 조금 오래되었지만 청결하고, 직원들 친절하고, 위치가 좋아요. 마추픽추 가는 버스정류장는 2분 기차역은 6분 거리에 있어요.
침구류도 깔끔하고 아침 먹는 테라스 뷰가 정말 좋아요.
마추픽추 마을의 대부분의 건물이 그렇듯 엘리베이터 가 없어 짐이 많으면 불편할 수도...
그리고 방 밖 센서등이 조금만 가까이 가도 켜져 밤에 갑자기 불꺼진 방에 불빛이 들어와 조금 신경이 쓰였어요.
A localização é perfeita, próximo de tudo, o que facilita muito a subida até Machu Picchu, bem como o retorno à Ollantaytambo. Fica próximo também à saída para a hidroelétrica para aqueles que em a pé.
Não teve algo que eu não tenha gostado. Acredito apenas que eu poderia ter aproveitado melhor a região de Cusco, mas como ainda não havia comprado a entrada para Machupicchu, eu precisei ir direto à Águas Calientes.

We stayed here for one night specifically to be well-positioned for our trip to Machu Picchu the next morning, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around Aguas Calientes and reach the site easily.
The staff truly stood out; they were very welcoming and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly for our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and the perfect fuel before heading up to Machu Picchu. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.
A great experience overall and highly recommended for anyone planning a visit to the citadel!
The place was very noisey and the hot water didn’t work. Disappointing given what it was. The staff was friendly though.

Freundlich, sauber, tolle Lage. Der Parkplatz war nicht zugänglich und wir bekamen in der Nähe einen, den wir nach etwas nachfragen auch nicht extra zahlen mussten.
Das Restaurant war 2 Tage nicht offen. Am letzten Tag kam die Köchin extra nur für uns. Tolles Essen!
Das Zimmer wurde nir auf Nachfrage gereinigt.
