Prima verblijf in centrum van Aguas Calientes, vlakbij bus en trein,
Pros:

Locatie was erg goed. Dichtbij de bussen naar Machu Picchu en vlakbij treinstation. Erg aardige dame achter de receptie. We hadden familie kamer voor 4 en kregen een extra kamer zodat een van ons daar kon slapen en we de grote kamer met 3 mensen gebruikten.

Cons:

Badkamer was beetje outdated. Gebouw was beetje apart, met open ingang naar de receptie.

Pros:

Emplacement tout proche de la station des trains et des départs de bus pour le macchu pichu. Personnel aimable

Cons:

Sordide. Salle de bains minuscule avec fuite d’eau. Chambre glauque. Mauvaise odeur. Très très très bruyant : le train, la rivière, les voisins ( Même silencieux)… Le prix : exorbitant pour un taudis. Fuyez !

Acceptable hotel in Aguas Calientes
Pros:

It was just a few minutes walk from the train station, near lots of restaurants, cafés, market, etc. The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The shower had hot water. There was a rooftop terrace where breakfast was served. They served eggs, rolls, some fruit, tea or instant coffee. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was an open space next to the stairs and noise even from the bottom floor traveled to the top. There was also noise every few minutes in the bathroom, not sure if it was from the pipes or what. Closing the bathroom door helped not to hear that annoying sound. The room wasn’t cleaned or trash emptied during my stay. Room keys were left unattended right on the counter of the front desk and the receptionist was rarely there. I took my room key with me, for security.

La ubicación del hotel y la habitación frente al rio, el desayuno, y las camas son cómodas.

Cons:

El baño presentó varios inconvenientes: el agua caliente era difícil de regular y se enfriaba rápidamente. Además, el lavadero tenía filtraciones, lo que provocaba que el agua se esparciera por todo el piso. Por otro lado, la habitación no incluía varios de los servicios o artículos que se anunciaban en Booking; únicamente nos proporcionaron tres jabones pequeños.
Considero que el precio de la habitación es excesivamente alto en comparación con la calidad del servicio y las condiciones ofrecidas. La relación calidad-precio no es adecuada.
No recomiendo reservar mediante Booking, ya que al acudir directamente al establecimiento es posible ver la habitación previamente y conseguir un precio mucho más bajo, incluso en tempora alta en MachuPicchu.

Too short just simple n I slept like a baby

We had a room with 2 single n 1 double. It’s spacious and we had a room with view of mountain so it’s nice. Breakfast at roof terrace is simple but nice

Lack of basic toiletries just 2 pieces of soap ? No floor cloth n the shower floor is slippery.

Cons:

Estrecho horario del restorán. El agua caliente que te ofrecían en un dispensador termico, estaba bastante por debajo al ideal para el matecitos uruguayo.
