An exceptional stay in Bukhara with brand-new rooms, fantastic breakfast, and outstanding hospitality from Samir!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! A special mention goes to the host, Samir: a young, smart, and exceptionally helpful guy who went above and beyond to assist us with every request with genuine kindness.
The rooms are brand new, spotlessly clean, and feature a very large and comfortable bed. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and delicious. The whole place has a wonderful, relaxing vibe and is located just a short walk from all the main sights in Bukhara. Truly a top-tier stay, highly recommended!

Cons:

Nothing at all, everything exceeded my expectations.

Terrible accommodation experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

1. Check-in delay: The check-in time is stated as 14:00, but we waited until nearly 17:00 to get our room ready, wasting hours of our time with no apology or compensation from the host.

2. Rude rushing at check-out: We lost hours of rest due to the delayed check-in, so we hoped to stay a little longer on check-out day. However, the female owner kept rushing us out in an extremely unfriendly, bad-tempered manner.

3. Disrespectful mockery over laundry: I hung my undergarments outside to dry. Instead of talking to me politely, she made sarcastic, mocking remarks about it.

4. Unauthorized entry into my private room: She walked into my room without my permission, which puts our personal belongings and money at risk. She even turned off the air conditioner without asking and kept ordering me to shut it down whenever I went out. We have fully paid for the room, and it is none of her business whether I use the air conditioning or not.

Quarto confortável e hosts simpáticos
Pros:

O hotel é localizado próximo a todas as atrações, mas é uma quadra mais afastado, o que o faz ser bastante silencioso.
O Samir é um ótimo host, foi sempre muito atencioso, dando boas recomendações e solicitando táxi sempre que precisamos.
Quarto confortável e com roupas de cama e banho cheirosas e macias.

Путешествие в прошлое!!!

Понравилось все,начиная от местоположения и отличным гостеприимством персонала.Начиная с фойе благоухает аромат востока!!!Завтрак очень по домашнему вкусный и разнообразный,на любой вкус,даже кто предпочитает мясо на завтрак тоже присутствует.Номера чистые и уютные,матрасы ортопедические,удобные,выспались хорошо.!!хозяйка с сыном открытые и доброжелательные люди,отлично говорят на русском языке.Отличный сервис по доступной цене!всем рекомендую,не пожалеете!

Pros:

İlk geldiğimizde sanki eski kötü bir mahalle diye düşündük tren istasyonuna uzak olduğu için. Ama bu otel Buharanın kalbinde gezilecek yerlere çok çok yakın. Otel temiz, her şey var. Klimalar çalışıyor. Resepsiyon yardımsever. Etnik desenlerle döşenmiş heryer. Kahvaltı yerel bize hitap ediyor. 10/10

非常に良かったです
Pros:

受付のSamuel君は英語が上手で、説明も非常に丁寧。困った時はいつでも声をかけてね、とか日本のアニメの話もしてくれ、とても気持ちの良い男の子でした。
エアコンはしっかりきいて、ベッドも大きく(とても固かったけど）、お湯もしっかり出て、朝食の種類も多い。
部屋は値段に対して100点満点です。

Cons:

あえて良くなかった点を書かなければいけないとすれば、Samuel君以外の方が英語が全く通じない。(でも、これ、ウズベキスタンではあるある）

Восточная сказка!!!!
Pros:

Маленький дворик и с большими комнатами, очень красивый с восточным колоритом хостел. . Всё и везде очень чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца свежие. В комнате есть чайник и холодильник. Душевая комната большая, комфортная, новая. Завтрак в красивом помещении в восточном стиле. Завтрак хороший, всё есть. Вообще ВСЁ на высшем уровне. Не пожалели что выбрали этот хостел и всем советую. Хозяева все большие МОЛОДЦЫ!!! Всё подскажут, помогут, посоветуют.

Fajnie ozdobiony pokój, łazienka bez zarzutu, sympatyczny ogród do relaksu po trudach zwiedzania i możliwość zakupienia zimnego piwka :) Bardzo urozmaicone śniadania, możliwość przedłuzenia pobytu za niewielką opłatą. Pomocny Manager. Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych!

Sympatyczny i starający się ten Manager ale jednocześnie trochę męczący. Kazał wyłączać wszystkie urządzenia w pokoju, odwieszać klucz na miejsce, za wszystko rozliczać się od razu. Brak zaufania do Gości ...

Wonderful Uzbekistan. Beautiful Khiva and Bukhara.
Pros:

Friendly and pleasant staff. Very convenient location of the hotel. As well as interesting architecture and design and authenticity of the hotel. I recommend it to all tourists who will visit Bukhara. Clean and cozy rooms. High-quality air conditioning. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, Samir.

We need to work on the breakfast assortment. I'm all for healthy eating, so I suggest changing the diet a little.

Pros:

This was the first time I encountered a place that looks much better than the photos in the booking process. Incredibly clean, beautiful, and the location is perfect. Don’t even think twice about booking a room here when visiting this town.

Soggiorno a Bukhara
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a un passo dalle attrazioni principali e dai ristoranti più deliziosi della città. La struttura è nuova, curata nei dettagli e molto pulita. Stanza grande e confortevole. Colazione abbondante e varia, staff gentilissimo, ci hanno aiutato a cambiare denaro e organizzato il trasporto verso la stazione di Bukhara. Assolutamente consigliato!
