recommend and would stay again. Very clean, spacious and quiet area
Pros:

Location was quiet and peaceful. Spacious and Spotlessly clean, Linen was immaculate. Thoughtful provision in the kitchen area. The spa bath was a pleasant unexpected surprise.but TIme constraints did not allow our stay to be longer and enjoy unfortunately. Friendly and welcoming host at the Commercial Hotel Cowell upon our arrival.

A little more attention and this is a 10 / 10 property.
Pros:

The location was great. Rooms were big and well appointed. We loved the facilities.

Cons:

The floors were dirty and looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Carpets were in real need of a steam clean. The laundry sink needed cleaning and the washing machine was dirty. The aircon in the main bedroom did not work.

It was ok, could've been a lot cleaner.
Cons:

I hate giving negative feedback but I hope that you can correct for other customers. There was so much dust, the lights next to the bed were covered in dust. I realise this is a country town but they had not been cleaned for sometime.

There was someone else's pubic hair in the shower which was just gross.

Sadly, on Saturday night, other visitors decided to party after the pub closed. I was on my own with my daughter so I was too scared to go out there and tell them to shut up but it went on from 12.30am and then the boom box music started until 2.30am.

Pros:

The property is close to everything

Cons:

Single bed mattresses are very hard, the lounge suite is very uncomfortable, the bathroom towels that were supplied were extremely rough.

Modern in great location
Pros:

Modern, clean and spacious. Close to town with a nice upstairs balcony and undercover parking

Cons:

The front door lock was very difficult to operate and really needs replacing

Pros:

Nice place to stay for last minute booking when travelling

Cons:

Spa had a lot of loose hairs in and around it but after I gave it a quick clean it was nice and relaxing

Property was good. Check in instructions need to be improved.
Pros:

It was spacious and large kitchen with all necessary tools.

Cons:

It was an exhausting check-in process. The check-in was in a local hotel/pub. But the property location was two streets away. No clear instructions were given. We drove multiple times around the area and couldn’t work out how to check in. We at last called the property and was told to go to the pub to check in and obtain keys. Then drove back to the property. It was a very exhausting process.
Second bedroom was very hot due to afternoon western sun. The only aircon was located in master bedroom which doesn’t help with the heat in 2nd bedroom.
Oven in kitchen was not working.
No laundry detergent was provided.
No body wash, only a tiny soup bar was provided.

Very cosy and comfortable and would stay again. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and modern decor. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy. Simply picked the keys up from the hotel down the road. Location was a short walk into Main Street and down to the foreshore.

Cons:

All good.
