Super tolle Lage am Englischen Garten und in Schwabing mit diversen Lokalen im Umkreis

Pros:

sehr schöne Lage. Parksituation perfekt. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann seinem eigenen Rhythmus folgen. Handtücher werden alle zwei Tage gewechselt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr persönlich und freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Matratzen sind gut.

Cons:

es war so semi sauber - jede Menge Wollmäuse unterm Bett und in den Ecken. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr piefig und die Bäder im Grunde sanierungsbedürftig genauso wie die Fenster. Man sieht, dass nur notdürftig ausgebessert wird. Die Bildauswahl ist sehr wild. Der Garten und die Sitzgegelgenheiten sind nicht sehr gepflegt - überall Spinnweben - sehr notdürftig bepflanzt

Excellente étape à Munich pour qui préfère calme et verdure plutôt que centre ville.
Pros:

Sa situation en lisière de l’englisher Garten, au bord d’un ruisseau, un grand jardin, sa proximité ( environ 7 mn à pied) du métro de Munich, la gentillesse de l’hôte présent matin et soir et de bon conseil .

Cons:

L’absence de possibilité de petit déjeuner, mais pâtisserie et café près du métro, nombreux petits restaurants dans le quartier.
Le caractère un peu ancien des installations de cette grande maison mais ça fait partie aussi de son charme.

Non si può lasciare un albergo incustodito la notte

Al rientro dalla cena la porta della camera non si apriva! In albergo non c’era nessun addetto, solo un numero di telefono x le emergenze… abbiamo chiamato e nessuno ha risposto; dopo un po’ hanno richiamato ed è venuta una persona a cambiare la pila nella maniglia !!!!!!!! Allucinante, 1ora nel corridoio senza poter entrare !
E al mattino al check out hanno avuto la faccia di farci pagare una bottiglietta d’acqua presa dal frigo bar !!!!

Wonderful location on the edge of the Englische Garten with a beer garden over the road and many cafés and restaurants nearby. Beautiful room. Gigantic bathroom.

Ein ganz besonderes Haus mit Flair in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am englischen Garten. Rundherum gibt es sehr nette Lokale und die Infrastruktur ist super. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause und das Team ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
