This property is advertised as a “luxury apartment,” but in practice it resembles a converted garage rather than a standard residential unit. The apartment is located directly at street level, with insufficient sound insulation. Traffic noise is constant, and voices from pedestrians outside are clearly audible, making sleep difficult.

The listing’s “luxury jacuzzi” is in fact a normal hydromassage bathtub installed in the main living area, positioned under the TV and surrounded by visible cables and cleaning equipment. The installation appears poorly integrated into the space and raises safety concerns. Additionally, a nearby wardrobe is unstable and positioned in a way that could pose a risk.

Cleanliness standards are below expectations. Hair was present in multiple areas, pillows were visibly unclean, and the walls showed widespread dirt and staining. There is also a persistent smell of smoke/smog embedded in the pillows.
